Ourense has the highest number of centenarians in the world.
That's pretty peaty.

Make sure you warm up enough, and engage the muscles with perfect form.
Here is a good shoulder warm up routine:

I've been using mouth tape to sleep for over a year now. Overall, I've had better sleep, and my mouth doesn't feel dry after waking up. I use 3M micropore tape. It feels weird in the beginning, but you adapt to it pretty quickly.
I've never been a mouth breather, but when I sleep my jaw is so relaxed that it drops as soon as I fall asleep. I'm basically the opposite to the people who grind their teeth. And the only way that I can keep my mouth shut and stop my pillows from getting wet with my drool is by using mouth tape.
So I would recommend anyone to try it out and see if their quality of sleep improves.
There are many kitchen towels being sold that are made of PLASTIC.
Many people don't realize that these soft-to-the-touch fabrics are actually made of polyester.
You can find them anywhere in physical as well as online stores.
Many people use these for things like drying dishes, cups, and cookware.
As these towels get old, they can leave tiny traces of fibers on the plates. Here is an example of a "microfiber" rag I used to dry some wet dishes.
When you put any food back on these plates, you will directly put these traces of plastic inside your body. In the photo it's obviously very noticeable, but the moment you first notice, it is already late.
Guess what these "fibers" are made of?
MMMMMmmmm!!! Yummy sustainable plastics!
How could they have the nerve to call these plastic rags "sustainable"?
I suspect this is a source of microplastics that many people haven't even considered.
If you haven't already, get 100% cotton kitchen towels.
Mine used to have a yellow tint when I was vegan, so I suppose it's a product of your diet. Do you add lots of spices on your food? It could be from turmeric.
@CO3 Which would you rather drink? Whole or skim "fresh" milk? (pasteurized at a lower temperature).
I've just recently started to drink milk again after 10 years of not doing so. Now I'm drinking whole "fresh" milk, and it feels better compared to what I used to drink, but it still doesn't feel "fully right". It doesn't have a lot of flavor, and from what I've read, milk is supposed to be delicious.
I never liked UHT milk. It always made me feel kind of nauseous and gave me a bad gut feeling (no pun intended).
@ParthianCoconut said in WEF is going anti-Peatism:
We shall not drink coffee
The entire wage slavery system would simply crumble, so I don't think they'll push this very far.
@CO3 I didn't know about non-homogenized milk. I'll read into it. Thanks!
I wonder the same thing. I've never seen raw milk sold anywhere in Spain. I think it's illegal to sell raw milk here.
They do sell "fresh" milk in supermarkets, which is pasteurized at 74 °C for 15 seconds, while UHT milk is pasteurized at 130 °C for 5 seconds.
I just peel off the skin and eat them whole. Meanwhile, I take a pinch of salt and a drop of olive oil into my mouth.
I can't bother cutting the carrots in thin slices using the peeler. It takes a long time, and sometimes the carrot slices fall out of my bowl. Not to mention the remaining small chunk that's challenging to slice further.
Maybe I'm just retarded.
