RE: just magnesium glycinate enough
Magnesium citrate is quite laxative… I personally feel good with magnesium glycinate.
Magnesium chloride can be mixed with water and applied topically.
I would like to know which magnesium form is ideal to mix with salt and potassium chloride, I’m trying to make a homemade electrolyte mix…

- Transient ischemic attack.
- Alzheimer's disease.
- Large vessel aneurysm.
- Sleep apnea.
- Arrhythmias.
- Seizures or loss of consciousness.
- Dementia or anxiety disorder.
- Depression.
- Automatic defibrillator.
- Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
- Oncological diseases.
- Heart diseases.
- Degenerative, neurological, and chronic diseases.
- Digestive diseases.
- Dissection.
- Endocrine diseases.
- Neurological diseases.
- Oncological diseases.
- Respiratory diseases.
- Epilepsy.
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
- Hypothyroidism and parathyroid disorders.
- Acute myocardial infarction.
- Pacemaker.
- Nephropathy with dialysis.
- Parkinson's disease.
- Vascular problems.
- Valve prostheses.
- Kidney transplant.
- Personality disorder.
- Intellectual development disorder.
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
- Sleep disorders.
- Oncohematological disorders.
The goal is to make roads more safe, promote the use of public transport and reduce CO2 emissions.

RE: Trypophobia drink before bed
@Cezar4911 Gelatinous broth with salt, pepper and olive oil.

RE: What Do You Eat in a Day?
@Snow It’s incredibly gelatinous, the result has the hardness and consistency of gummy bears, so it’s very high in collagen content. Cow’s feet are also great for these broths, it’s all basically connective tissue.
So far I’ve only tried beef and lamb feet broth, but I want to try other options, such as beef tripe/tendon broth, or chicken feet, pig feet and ears…How I do the recipe is as follows:
- Fill a pressure cooker with collagen rich animal parts
- Cover with water
- Close and cook between 2 and 4 hours
- Separate all the connective tissue from the bones, discard the bones
- Blend the connective tissue with the broth
- Strain the broth
- Separate into different containers and freeze them so that it can last you for months.
I like to drink my broth with olive oil, salt and pepper. The taste is incredibly delicious. I like the taste of lamb feet broth a bit better.
The recipe is inspired by @CO3 ’s “master broth”.
While I don’t know exactly how much gelatin it has per cup or 100g, I believe it’s a good amount. I want to do a test where I measure the amount of gelatin in the broth by comparing the viscosity from gummies made with gelatin powder and gelatinous broth made with animal parts.

RE: Posterior Pelvic Tilt and Bioenergetics
Anterior pelvic tilt can be caused by tight hip flexors. Gain flexibility in your hip flexors and strengthen your abs and posterior chain.

RE: CHEWING the most bioenergetic practice
Fantastic post! I totally agree with this.
I like to chew my food until it’s basically a purée—usually about 30 chews before swallowing.
Nowadays, most foods are soft, especially processed foods, so I really enjoy foods that give my jaw a workout, like steaks, and chew those tougher bits until very fine, some collagen-y parts take me minutes to chew, up to 30 minutes, so I save these pieces and treat it as gum after my meal, it feels like a jaw workout. And speaking of jaws, a lot of people have underdeveloped jawlines because they don’t eat hard foods and chew enough, and on top of that they don’t practice mewing. So chewing thoroughly is also a good practice for looksmaxximg.
What foods do you find hardest to chew?

RE: Help with EU Sources
@LucH It dilutes perfectly and has no taste. I add it in my coffee and in my food sometimes, and I don’t notice any difference in flavor.

RE: I have hit rock bottom please help.
It sounds like you have gut issues, maybe you should focus on addressing this first and foremost. Have you tried adding collagen in your diet? My digestion improved a lot after introducing gelatin, collagen peptides and bone broth (check a recipe called master’s broth in this forum)

Has anybody tried nattokinase?
I’ve seen it getting trendy on Twitter recently, as a remedy for hypertension, vaccine symptoms, improving liver function, and other things.
Have you experimented any changes in your body after trying this supplement?
For those who aren’t familiar, nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Interestingly, natto is the richest source of vitamin K2 per gram. Does this make soy peaty now?

RE: Kurzgesagt argues that exercise does not cause weight loss
@VehmicJuryman That makes no sense to me, not exercising means you’re spending all of your time in constant rest.

Egg sizes: small or large?
Has Ray Peat ever spoken about this? Does the size of chicken eggs affect their nutritional value?
I find XL eggs abnormally large. I don’t think it’s natural for chickens to lay eggs that big, so I tend to choose smaller sizes. It’s definitely more painful for the chickens to lay eggs that big, that probably stresses them more, potentially affecting the egg’s nutrition.
What do you think? Do you prefer smaller chicken eggs when shopping, or does the size not matter to you?

Why are people obsessed with drinking water at night?
This tweet has over half a million likes.
What’s going on? I never get cravings like these. It’s very common to see comments online about how good it feels to drink a glass of water after waking up from disrupted sleep.I have to force myself to drink my first glass of water in the morning because my body doesn’t crave it that much. And I don’t drink a lot of water overall.
Maybe people are just extremely dehydrated?

Do you follow the rule of no coffee past midday?
Dr. Andrew Huberman discusses this in his podcast. He suggests that caffeine should be avoided 8 to 12 hours before bedtime. According to him, drinking a cup of coffee at 2 PM is equivalent to consuming 10% of a cup right before bed. He claims that even if you feel good when you sleep, you still may not reach the REM phases as effectively.

RE: Peaty Video Games?
@ThinPicking Good recommendation. Local multiplayer games have sadly been rejected and abandoned by game studios. Some of the best gaming experiences I’ve had were with good friends in the same room. Online doesn’t even feel remotely the same.
