@periander345 I haven't personally used or researched it, but I've recently seen Peaters talk about lactoferrin in the context of digestion/inflammation. If you have Twitter I suggest you read this thread: https://twitter.com/Outdoctrination/status/1750903148678459426

RE: Progest E Love Thread
Progest-E lets my brain exit wordcel mode. Sometimes after a long day of doing non-Peaty things like being on the computer I keep thinking in words instead of images when trying to fall asleep. If I take Progest-E at that point it takes 5-10 minutes for me to start having more vivid thoughts, I become relaxed and "break out of the word loop" so to speak.
Progest-E was also extremely helpful in getting my mom off postmenopausal estradiol, would prevent heat flashes, night sweats, it removed a lot of her neuroticism and made her more relaxed.

RE: wacky and zany exercises that work
@ZeroTron if you want to grow huge trapz, get wrist straps and do heavy behind-the-back barbell shrugs with cheat form (don't control the ascent/descent, but keep your core stable lol)

RE: X Bot for New Threads
@ProgestTee Lmao good point. Have the posts go through a filter first, a dictionary/regex. There's gotta be a shitton of those already made by someone. If you have offensive words in your name/post, well, bad luck, your post won't go on twitter.

RE: Can we not have ads please
@brad considering you said that bloo will sponsor the costs of running the forum, I think it's fine

RE: X Bot for New Threads
@ProgestTee Nice! Seems like you can keep the links short by skipping the part after the topic number (i.e. https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/61 instead of https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/61/x-bot-for-new-threads).
Maybe include author's name too

RE: I will tell you how to replace starch with sugar
@peatyourmeat Coffee seems to make me cold in winter even with 2+ tablespoons of sugar, but I think you're on to something

RE: Bioenergetic video games?
Splatoon is extremely fun and it appears that my in-game performance directly correlates with my metabolic state. When I'm warm and clear-headed I'm able to enter a perfect flow state while playing

RE: Struggling with Eating Disorder
No personal experience with it, but you could take the opportunity during one of your saner moments to make a list of acceptable go-to foods and trust the list when you feel anxious about what to eat or not to eat. I'd try not to focus on detox etc but rather on digestible foods so you get enough energy to pull yourself out of the state you're describing

@skylark That makes a lot of sense. I'm in Sweden so yeah, it's pretty cold now in winter.

Cold hands & feet – discuss causes & remedies
I don't have cold hands and feet all the time but often enough for it to bother me. Sometimes I'll get it even at times when I "shouldn't" such as after eating.
Curious about how other people address this.

RE: Small images
@gugenmungus I partially agree. I think they should take up at most 50-60% of the screen height (and up to 100% of the screen width).
