Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

@LucH Probably normal, maybe hungry. I may get cold at the extremities, or sleepy, which I can tell is a sign of high stress & low carbs so I eat.
@LucH I've never had a A1C test, I already thought I may have high FFA/sugar cuz I don't take enough thiamine/potassium or something, thiamime especially. Failing Peating LOL.
I think I'll experiment with creatine/taurine to empower my liver & maybe some pyrucet if I can find a seller.
Are there other good signs of diabetes?
@LucH
I normally eat around 30 grams of protien at a time, mostly muscle meat (can't help it rn). Along with eating more gelatin, could there be anything else that could mess with the kidneys? I always thought the foam was bile acids.
I randomly seemed to started having foamy pee recently. What are some dietary methods to solve this? Gelatin? Coconut oil?
@LucH said in Would taking thyroid supplements be a good way to lose visceral fat?:
diet 5.2
I already kind of eat weird 2 days out of the week (sat/sun). Maybe I could be more specific about it though. I odn't know how eating less 2 days out a week wouldn't be overwritten by the 5 days a week
@LetTheRedeemed What i meant is that since I'd be taking fat from my body, I'd be on a high fat diet by default of losing body fat.
@AnxiousMess That's kind of odd. I think you may not have eaten enough nutrients to replace what was lost. Especially since thyroid is involved in sex steroids: ie sex drive.
@samson My idea is to eat low fat, & take T3 to consistently lose weight. I would divide the weight lost in a period by however much fat is in a pound, then calculate my fat intake from my own stored weight, & go further off that.
Would I have to change my macronutrient intake in order to counter for the fact I'd be intaking a high fat diet? Assuming I'd be intaking an appropriate amount of nutrients (more then the typical RDA) in order to avoid fucking my body up.
Assume that I HAVE to lose fat for my health.
@samson ok but it still signals muscle synthesis & is important no?
@Bear_ wait, do you mean one should also eat more complex carbs like starches? I was under the impression simple sugars were superior all around
I see. I guess this was the realistic answer. I know people on steroids avoid carbs for this very reason (see Joe Rogan), & I wrongly assumed that the same ramifications would carry over. Thank you both.
Since simple sugar intake spikes insulin, which counters growth hormone, wouldn't eating lots of sugar & working out be antithetical?
@zaaku Where did you buy eggshell powder? I'm interested in a source
@ThinPicking So do I lower the sugar in my morning milk/nightly milk or so I just add more salt to them both? And how much salt if at all should I add?
