RE: how to work Glutes without looking like a fagg?
@Aryan_Racist Hi, I suggest that calling it an "obsession" has a dismissive connotation and is not useful in many cases
Yet for a part of people the tendency to work out can be motivated by a feeling of lack of strength, lack of serenity, lack of aestheticism(head and body), lack of masculinity, among other things,
working out doesn't necessarily improve these aspects, and potentially for a part of people it reduces energy, reduces serenity, reduces masculinity, reduces well-being, increases the focus on the smallest detail of the body and the potential dissatisfaction and negative emotions that result from it
Beyond a certain muscle volume relative to our body, it can also make us look less athletic, less aesthetic, and less intelligent

RE: Masturbation has Androgen-Boosting effects
@shedim Hi, from my experience, i suggest:
People can feel better in some aspect from emitting, such as feeling more "relaxed" specifically in the short term,
In the long term, emitting too frequently, relative to the person's capacity, can have negative effects, such as less energy, less serenity, less sovereignty, less well-being, more worry, more shame, more guilt, more impotency, a higher feeling of needing help from an external source such as "god"Considering the way the idea of "Semen retention" is promoted on social medias and youtube, such as:
Certain words/ideas commonly used in a sensationalist and exaggerated way, such as "journey", "aura", calling each other "king", "these women are not worthy of your seeds", "keep grinding", "Brahmacharya"
The association with ideas such as "sigma male", with practices such as cold shower, the use of characters from religious books or people considered "high status" to legitimize the practice, the net effect in part seems clear:
Increased division, pride, feelings of superiority and/or disdain towards women and men who engage in sexual acts, the tendency to go against one's own instincts to follow theories which in part are potentially fictions, and less tendency to create childrens
In this context, it's anti-life, anti-unity, anti-masculinity, and can be seen as a potential psyop, at least in part

RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe in my experience, i suggest Whether it's believing in God as "coping mechanism" or "seeking something higher", it can be the lesser evil in the short/medium term in a person's given environment and what they're exposed to that's useful,
In the long term, it's associated with a sub-optimal energetic stateI don't know if the majority of the "best" men in "history" were "Christian", it's possible that they achieved the best they could in their given environment, it is not a comparaison,
I'm talking about an optimal state that each of us could reach in my experience
As long as fear and submission(and potentially other negative emotions such as guilt and shame) are considered necessary and/or virtues in "god's plan", then achieving the highest degree of energy and potentially optimal Masculinity(in part sovereignty)is necessarily opposed to "god's plan"
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe That's why I asked you these questions, to find out if the meaning you personally give to "god" was only a thing that would have caused the manifestation of the universe, or a being with intentions, which seems to be the second in your case

RE: Why do you believe in God?
@zawisza I have a message from "god" :
You're wrong.
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe From my experience, I suggest that what matters most is that we reach the highest degree of energy and well being ourselves and potentially the greatest number of people, are these questions about existence associated with a higher degree of well being in the majority of cases, from my experience it is not
Is it necessary to ask these questions in order to reach the highest degree of energy and well-being, in my experience it isn't, and tending to the highest degree of energy and well-being can commonly be associated with a cessation of these questions about existence
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe I'm not a "Christian",
I wasn't implying that reasoning can lead us to a higher degree of feeling oneness with "god" or of being "god", I was simply saying that in the majority of cases (of people I've observed) belief in "god" is associated with sub-optimal ideas, which arouse negative emotions
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
From my experience, I suggest that "god" in the majority of cases is a feeling and/or feelings associated with ideas,
the higher our energy level,
the more we feel united with everything, the more we feel united with "god", or even that this unity we feel within us, and of which we are a part, is "god" or "divine" energy, to the point where we no longer perceive it as something "greater" or external to usWe can also experience a certain degree of masculine energy, which is associated with a high enough degree of sovereignty, fertility, power, free of any negative emotions, where we feel we embody the energy of life creation, we no longer think of all the potentially sub-optimal ideas associated with "god" that arouse suboptimal emotions, we no longer think of "god",
we feel that we are "god" (in this second state, the feeling of "divine" energy is felt individually, rather than as part of everything)

RE: Why do you believe in God?
@zawisza Lolol, it doesn't matter if we're not on reddit, or if my name is Truth instead of socrates
I'll keep asking elementary questions, Even if you please me not to
According to you it's obvious, keep reading and you'll potentially realize that there are aspects and nuances of his idea of "god" that aren't necessarily mentioned or explained in the initial post
Lolol it's you who comes across as a fanatical buffoon who tries to label people who ask questions about "god" as "heretics"
I don't care about "Christian theology" and "saints", I ask the questions to the guy who made the post
I block you

RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe Which of these two is part of your idea of "god"?
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe No distinction between a being and a thing (such as a stone) in this argument? If there is, what contributes to the perception of "god" as a "being" rather than a thing (such as a stone) in this idea?
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe in this thought, do they imply or do you imply that this thing, is a being,(Being often has a personifying connotation), and potentially assumes that this "being" has intentions?
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe Are there any specific reasons why you perceive it as external to us, rather than partly within us or totally within us?
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe What do you mean by "greatest possible being", in terms of size, in terms of the value you personally give to it?
-
RE: Why do you believe in God?
@Norwegian-Mugabe I'm going full elementary question, what meaning do you personally give to the word "god", what characteristics do you associate with it?
-
RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
@Sugar Hi, from my experience, it seems that some of the people who watch body buider videos or anime such as Baki the grappler think that this kind of muscular volume is aesthetic, and the manifestation of a high degree of "Masculinity", athleticism, specifically some of the teenagers who base their standard on these things

RE: Discipline is not a choice. The universe chose some to win and others to be supporting players.
from my experience, I suggest that if we enjoy what we do, and/or that we know from experience or instincts that the action and its result will benefit us relatively to our state and the degree of energy invested, we need 0 discipline to do it
discipline is not a virtue in itself, and it can commonly be a net negative, and be associated with a lower degree of energy, relaxation, well-being, sovereignty, and a higher degree of conformity to the ideas and/or expectations of others, even when it is not optimal for us
There are many examples, both in humans and animals, where little movement and/or less movement relative to others is associated with a higher degree of energy, relaxation, well-being, growth, longevity, fertility

RE: Bloodwork badges
@brad Hi, I suggest that it's better that there aren't these badges, it could contribute to a perception bias of "status", of "legitimacy" when it comes to the users who would use them, a bias that some people may be commonly inclined to have, specifically if they don't have an optimal degree of energy

RE: Dismantling Charlie's words and deeds on the "raypeat "forum and here
@Kvirion Hi,
Making claims in a sensationalist manner, and/or exaggerated claims with a disparity between those claims and reality can be a common phenomenon when people have a suboptimal degree of energy, and their primary interest is trying to influence others for their own benefit in terms of "self-esteem", "recognition from others", "feeling of power" and potentially receiving money from others, rather than others well being
Of the few people I've seen commenting that they eat a diet of mainly rice and muscle meat, this is a fairly common phenomenon
