RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
@Arvidivs You seem to hate brown people, I'm pale initially, on the screenshot I was spending time outside in the sun for month, that would make you feel better, where I live the majority of people have that kind of skin color or darker
I do real one-arm pull-ups, front lever, muscle up, with out working out, I don't feel heavy, slow, and mediocre well being
and if bodybuilding is so positive for you, why the emotional problems, body dismorphia and potentially the rond, undefined Bone structure in the face?
-
RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
@Arvidivs You said you were bodybuilding not for your own perception, but for the perception of other men, and that bodybuilding for the perception of women is "gay", it sounds homosexual, you can go read what you wrote again in context. Who in the "fitness industry" is a guy with a little round and childish, non masculine, undefined bone structure, and a lot of muscle disproportionate to the size of his body like Joshua, appeals to women?
Women's actions and/or statements about what they like physically are a better indicator than claims from guys with body dismorphia and bigorexia who potentially talk to women very little if at all
I'm not missing out on the big picture.
You're the one who's "dumb" at the moment, I know a lot of people IRL and online who have done body building for years, have big muscles and are still just as insecure and still have a round face, child like or baby face (free to them), your theoretical idea of "chain of metabolic process" doesn't seem to work in most cases on these aspects.I didn't imply that I was an ideal, you're projecting your own tendencies
"You look like shit" lolol to be so mad, it wouldn't surprise me if you are Joshua, and that's why you're still emotionally hurt by what I said on the other post, your mother told me she loved my body when we saw each other.
No "Very vague archetype", most guys who tend to have a degree of Masculinity, energy, athletism, and that women like, are not guys with big round muscles relative to their body to the point where it seems absurd, and no baby face either
-
RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
@Arvidivs Body dismorphia or bigorexia is a real phenomenon, the best thing is not to wish ill or be mean to people who seem to have it,
Your example of a great physique joshua Kenyon is a guy who has an infentin face, with disproportionate muscle volume and a thin neck(something you seem to criticize) relative to his head and body, and you said you personally do body building for the perception of men and not women
In most cases, no amount of muscle in itself is going to make a man feel good, masculine and serene, and comfortable talking to and good looking from women's perspective
The majority of men who have a higher degree of Masculinity, energy, althetism, serenity, who are comfortable with and who appear good looking to women(in case you're talking to them), don't have a body built with disproportionate muscles, whether it's some of the hunter-gatherers, known people, people in our environnement

@peatyourmeat Hi, why do you comment this, what's the link with the original post speculating on certain tendencies being caused by "high thyroid"?

RE: What Causes Haunting and Incessant Memories?
@renaissanceman Hi, we can exempt ourselves from all the lingering negative emotions we feel, very very quickly, in a matter of seconds/minutes/hours/during our sleep, the most impacting is to eat things that contain elements we don't have enough of relative to our needs, potentially to stop eating foods that can limit us, to feel united or in cooperation with people who increase your feeling of energy and power, and certain life factors such as optimizing sleep and dreams

RE: Thoughts on Brute De Force?
@Sugar Hi, he says at the beginning that the greatest biofeedback in life is the euphoria when we win or "achieve" what we want, and that guys who are in a "child like state of Wonder" try to recreate the euphoria of winning through food such as sugar,
which in my experience is not the case at all, the foods and life factors that are optimal for us take us out of the state where we feel excitement only or mostly when we perceive "achievement" or "winning" in things we want, and bring us to a state where we feel a very high degree of well being, joy, relaxation, without doing anything, lying down, and we can also in part potentially feel a even higher degree of well-being, joy and appreciation of movement, of the sun, in itself, regardless of whether we perceive it as "winning" and/or "achievement"
Deriving exitation solely or primarily from the perception of "meaning", "achievement","Victory" (common ideas from Jordan and Andrew) is associated with a suboptimal degree of energy, and this feeling of exitation is totally different from and considerably less enjoyable than the feeling of a very high degree of well-being, joy, serenity, relaxation, optimism that we can get through the foods and life factors that are optimal for us

RE: Who likes talking about UFO stuff?
@Hando-Jin some aspects of the ufos stuff I've been exposed to that is on popular channels or platforms such as Netflix, such as Steven Greer's claims, don't necessary have a high degree of coherence, credibility, are partly based on claims or claims of others, and may also make us wonder why it's promoted in this way, and what net negative effect it can have on the majority of people to be exposed to these ideas in this way
-
RE: Who likes talking about UFO stuff?
@Hando-Jin in my experience, it is not.
What do you think it changes that this is true for everything in life for you?
-
RE: Who likes talking about UFO stuff?
@Hando-Jin Hi,
It can be entertaining to watch stuff about ufos,
Yet some aspects of the way the idea of ufo existence is partly promoted seem questionable, such as:the characterization of ufos travelers as beings of high consciousness of which we must be worthy, attaining a high degree of consciousness (such as "christ consciouness", "oneness consciouness", "raising kundalini") high enough ourselves to be able to communicate with them and/or receive their potential benefits
The fact that some of the people who advocate this don't seem to me to have the physiognomy, words and intonations that correspond to an energetic state of "onesness consciouness"
The fact that these two themes seem to have become more popular in recent years
And the fact that a lot of the arguments are claims, or claims about other people's claims, with a tendency to seem to think that since some of these people are "high status" then their claims are more credible and/or reality

RE: how to work Glutes without looking like a fagg?
@Arvidivs Lolol, you're wrong, you don't know that you don't know
In terms of aesthetics, I didn't know you did body building for the perception of men, not women, what I said potentially doesn't apply to you, you'll ask the men you like
I block you
-
RE: how to work Glutes without looking like a fagg?
@Arvidivs If in terms of aesthetics you think men's opinions matter, and not women's, that seems to imply potential homosexual tendencies(free to you), I was speaking for heterosexual men in terms of aesthetics
Discipline isn't a virtue in itself, discipline is doing things you don't like because you've read or heard somewhere that it's good to do so, if you like what you do, you don't need discipline. I don't train, I didn't imply that I did, you don't know what weight/muscular volume I have or had, so a lot of what you're trying to claim is a fantaisy in your own head to try to legitimize your animosity, driven by the negative emotions you've felt because it affects you that i says too much muscle volume relative to body size and/or Bone structure isn't optimal in some aspects
Nothing I've said is in contradiction with certain people such as Mike or Alexandre, I've specified too much muscle relative to the body size and/or bone structure of the person, so non sense again,
anecdotally, Mike has said that he doesn't like the way he looks, and that he thinks he's fat, even when he's notYour athleticism argument is nonsense, what's most effective varies according to the activity, athleticism isn't just boxing, wrestling or heavyweight
I'll stop answering you, you're confused and bitter
-
RE: how to work Glutes without looking like a fagg?
@Arvidivs On what I commented on this post, I know what I'm talking about, better than you for sure
I don't know Josua Kenyon( I wish him the best), if you think his physique and/or muscle volume is optimal in terms of athleticism, aesthetics, and perceived intelligence, you're wrong
"you're most likely a midwit resentful of people who pushed further than you"
It's you who is clearly being resentful and of limited intelligence at the moment, I don't "push", there's no point in "pushing", also i wish the best to others including those who do body building and have big muscle volume
Lolol "women opinion on your looks is completly gay to Care about", so that implies that according to you the opinion that matters is those of other men(free to you),
or just our own opinion, if it's just our own opinion according to you, why do the majority of people who do body building and try to have a big muscular volume, do it, just to look at themselves in the mirror regardless of other people's perception, so you think that if everybody wouldnt care about muscular volume and/or that one man would be the only person on earth, he would still do body building and try to have a big muscular volume for his own perception and/or for his own "health" and "energy"? Lolol nonsense
I'm attaching Joshua's images for reference:
