Is there such a thing as reverse ketosis, or let's say carbosis where fat oxidation is kept to the utmost minimum? I'm interested if there's anything about this, i don't care if it comes from vegan sources like McDougall or Esselstyn.

RE: Race and IQ
Han chinese are very high IQ on paper but all of those rekt videos and my overall experience working with them have proven otherwise, perhaps something to consider.

RE: Twitter HATE thread
@Sugar 90 or so percent of primalfags have parasites eating their brains out, these guys are massive schizophrenic conspiratards who see psyops after psyops behind literally every single thing it's genuinely insane, good chunk of them are flat earthers as well. tbf i don't think it's that much of a downgrade, you'd have to be a literal retard to buy into Aajonus's (real name john swigart) bullshit in the first place.

RE: Pure stearic acid vs cocoa butter for weight loss
@Energetic-Retard he's genuinely on the right path this time, but i believe the dude is a literal alcoholic, hence why he looks fat. he still downs a bottle of wine everyday, even before his current starch gelatin diet he was still pounding a bottle or two every day.

RE: Supplements that have ruined your health
Antibiotics (amoxicillin to be exact) gave me indigestion and made me lactose intolerant, though it all got fixed at the end.

Peaty tea recommendations
I'm a tea guy in that i prefer tea over coffee (i drink both). I know black tea is peat-approved but it's getting boring and i want some varieties, i also like matcha but i heard it's somewhat estrogenic.

RE: DNP=DANGEROUS, high dose aspirin instead?
DNP's main problem is the quality. Since it's an illegal substance and is much harder to obtain compared to the more mainstream PEDs, your only options are either chinese/indian manufactured stuffs with nonexistent quality control or some locally produced DNPs made in some underground lab where they messed up the dosings. As for aspirin, i think you need upwards around 6-8 grams or something plus high sugar to mimic some of the effects of DNP, though i think you must also supplement a copious amount of K2 to prevent intestinal bleeding.

@TopicalsOnBalls on bad breath, i suggest you check on the mirror whether you have tonsil stones or not.

@Sugar kek the salt has got to be the funniest grift, he just buys celtic salt in bulk, add in some electrolytes, slap in his brand name and put up a gorillion percent markup price, unbelievable that there are retards who fall for it.

RE: The Future of Europe
@NateHiggers AfD's rise is pretty organic from what i've seen, it's just their ties to Kremlin that is a cause for concern.

RE: The Future of Europe
@hootchy the anti immigration parties won't do shit, meloni was a huge red flag to not trust any populist politicians.

RE: Peat diet and the risk of Vitamin A toxicity, fatty liver
@GreekDemiGod i hardly take this polemic seriously because most of the time, the guys yapping about vitamin a are borderline deficient in vitamin d, that OP who made the infamous genereux thread on rpf is a good example.

@PUFADestroyerPPO Red Bull always gives me white tongue for some reason, most definitely the acids they use
