@AndrewPeatMatrix Are you fasting to reduce fatty liver? If so, take a look at the relationship with choline, maybe it will help you [image: 1709637109527-006cd110-38ba-4056-8829-7a2a46a17399-image.png] [image: 1709637117960-9fbf74e0-3ed7-4f04-8771-eebed9ba547c-image.png] [image: 1709637146174-ef826a69-a309-4765-bf50-e77441dbf36e-image.png]

I heard somewhere, probably on a Danny Roddy/Georgi Dinkov podcast, that something lower, perhaps it was 92-95%, is preferable because it indicates better CO2 levels. Only elite athletes get to 92% however. Sorry I can't locate the source.

@Uroš Thank you very much. I'm currently taking 1mg and seeing pain subside, especially at night time, I'll increase the dosages and see what happens.

@evan-hinkle I do use red light and blue light blockers frequently. Can't say they've made much of a difference. I'm wondering if the Italian Ribolisin eyedrops would help

@MostlyCurious said in Genetically Vit A Deficient.: I don't have any digestive issues and have never felt any different using thiamine. I also eat a fair amount of pork. I'll add it back in and see if anything changes. An article and a video about thiamine for your consideration. He talks about genetic issues regarding the amount of thiamine that is needed so I thought you might find it of interest.

@izkrov awesome thank you! The sedating effects didnt seem to last very long so i think the 2-3 per day makes sense. Within maybe 2ish hours of taking it yesterday I felt calm but not necessarily sedated and then even that seemed to taper off for me. It's not unusual for my body to have a very low tolerance to anything new at first but then it usually builds. @Dezbio I did a HBOT protocol specifically for brain injuries, 5 days a week for 8 weeks, 1.5 hours/day. It definitely was helpful and I got several steps ahead of where I was at, but don't know if it was worth the 8 grand I paid for it. I met other people there who is did help, for things such as having severe strokes and whatnot, so my opinion is it works really well for some people some of the time. I've heard really good things about lithium as well

@Peater0921 sulphur soap is good. You can also get some sulphur powder, flowers of sulphur, and put a very thin layer on the affected area, after a shower in the morning. This works very well.

Improve your thyroid and dopaminergic tone and you will see how hungry you will be. Cyproheptadine with weed is great short term but will increase your prolactin in the long run. You will have better results with Thiamine, as well as nutrients improving the conversion of T4 to T3, especially Selenium as well as some bioavailable Magnesium to compensate for the overstimulation of the two. They are very affordable and are extremly good at improving overall energy levels, the more energy levels you have, the better your digestion and appetite will be.

@Honeycomb No problem, happy to help. Just my 2 cents, but I think low-dose of cyproheptadine is fine (even chronically) if you provide yourself with enough glycine and protein in general. Both glycine and protein are very important for maintain liver function. Caffeine/coffee and TUDCA seems to help to a certain degree as well. The main thing is to just avoid low-protein diets though.

@CharlieLover123 Kosher Peating can be done minus shellfish- you could still eat small fish. Guidelines about separating milk and meat isn't really that much of an issue. Kosher regulations on certain cuts of meat(I've met Jews who do not eat flank steak or any cut from the back half) may be tough(no oxtails) but you can still eat bone marrow, the feet, and front half joints. Halal Peating seems easy. My understanding(limited) of Quran and seafood is that seafoods, including shellfish, are allowable so long as they do not resemble a haram land animal to eat- sea snakes, alligators, crocodiles, fish that look like a dog/human are haram. I'd love to try camel or desert goat milk- i hear camel milk is very tasty and can be minerally.

I would recommend you take most supplements orally as long as there are no bad additives. However some idealabs products with ethanol as the solvent are designed to be taken topically since they have higher absorption.
