@CO3 if you have 2 people who eat soluble fiber, and 1 of them is constipated and the other isn't then bacteria overgrowth will only happen for the guy whos constipated, the one who isn't constipated from the souble fiber doesn't have bacteria overgrowth because hes having bowel movements One cannot say souble fiber = bacteria overgrowth, it depends if they're constipated or not

@mostlylurking I think it's a lot harder to become vitamin A toxic than many believe, but this is only true if you're eating enough calories with the various nutrients that one needs. I mean, I've eaten liver for 2 weeks straight before my body no longer craved it. Maybe 2 oz. a day. This is after going an extended period w/o having it for a fast. I just now started to feel fully satiated, so I'm back to 4 oz. serving per week (I technically eat a "bite" per day). Anyway, no signs of toxicity because I was low on Vit A and B vitamins. If I pushed it now, since I've been satiated then I would probably see negative effects sooner rather than later.

It's almost impossible to know if this might be useful without a considerably detailed description of your current behavior. So this is just a shot in the dark, to give you something to think about. The tonicity of gastric contents can have a lot to do with the rate at which it moves through the various stages of digestion. And that's going to be intricately linked with the body's existing fluid dynamics to "normalise" anything there that's "too much" or "too little" of the state it needs to be in to digest "normally", and consumption of anything less tonic than the food that's being digested. https://www.google.com/search?q="Gastroparesis"+"hypertonic" Stethoscope's are dirt cheap and the circulatory isn't the only thing that can be heard. So you could buy one and do some structured self experiments. Listen for slow contractions of the fundus of the stomach and faster contraction waves in the the antrum over the course of several hours. Vary preexisting fluid balance, anything you're adding on top of digesting food, note the changes and find the patterns. I haven't done this for a while but found it utterly fascinating when I was in to it. It was like I could behave in a way that would paralyse the process, a way that would speed it up far too much, and a way that resembled a happy medium. And around that, my whole sense of wellbeing could change.

I’d say it’s the same or a bit more intense than the smart meters most of us have on our homes now. Discovered we have one on the wall outside my bedroom. I was horrified. I will be installing an aluminium box around it.

@secondkelping Her smart way of eating can also mean normies in the past have been wrongly enjoying the food that have kept them healthy and long lived while their blood sugar is spiking all over the place to no effect in getting overweight and obese: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/pf6DIaA72ZA

@pittybitty Sure, and everyone on the planet would agree, but the question is the just-so nature of his archetype in the decline of their metabolism as a process of aging, which is what I am contesting. Is it aging or is it hormones or diet, or sunlight and stress as put by someone in this thread. Why is metabolism slowing down taken as a quality of aging at such a young age.

@VehmicJuryman Sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you. I'm sure time helps, but if you haven't told someone that you trust, that would be something you should build energy up to do. Carrying the world on your shoulders won't help your metabolism. Also, it's okay to wait for things to come back naturally. All I would suggest is that you add some B vitamins perhaps from brewers yeast tab (take like a pill) along with what your eating so that you can build back your energy. Praying that peace will return to you.

@pittybitty I would take antibiotics. Either azithromycin or doxycycline or penicillan. Charcoal and well-cooked mushrooms.

@ZeroTron That's unsettling. I guess I have to give up pasta now. I'll stick to potatoes instead.

@Cearrson said in sometimes grind teeth when sleep at night: @mostlylurking what Vit. D do you use? is it a liquid or pill, I had a buddy recommend a D3 liquid, doubt it matters much frankly, just curious. I use this one.

@aeblyve Yes very effective for me, I'm sure if you research it you'll find more testimonies as well. I'm not aware of any bad side effects ever reported from it. The worse that can happen is it simply isn't effective. She might cough up congestion at the beginning of the treatment, but that is normal as things clear up. It's more of a "holistic" thing, so you won't exactly find much scientific research on it. But it was first discovered in the 19th century when people realized salt miners had exquisite lung health. Unlike other miners, who developed respiratory issues.

Myself and my father both developed severe Tinnitus after our Pfizer vax. In my case i ended up with hearing neural hearing loss as well. a heavy dose of steroids relived it but this was about a week too late, the tinnitus has lingered and the hearing loss is now permanent. Ive tried most things to get rid of the tinitus. its definatly stress, heat, blood pressure sensitive. mechanical pressure has an effect. sauna for instance with make it much worse as does intense exercise. There are old reports that T4 direct to the ear drum helps. I tried this with Georgi's T3 and it did nothing. the problem is that if there is structural damage to the hair cells that line the cochlea, there doesn't seem to be evidence for them regenerating. Attempts to retrain the brain to filter out the hum have been more successful. I suspect endotoxin has a strong effect on this but not directly, only by increasing systemic inflammation. It just happens that most people have a daily cycle of endotoxin exposure through shitty foods so its that that constantly triggers a response.
