@yerrag I use the same ones you mentioned (Hydrion), in fact I got the idea to test the ph of my urine after reading one of your comments on another post about CO2 and baking soda, I always feel like I'm running out of air, the only time I don't feel winded is when I'm taking molecules like nicotine, caffeine, aspirin, niacin, thiamine, psylocibin, lsd etc. . . but it never lasts long.
I'd like more information, please, on all this, whether it's the ph of urine, saliva or CO2 and bicarbonate, I'd be really grateful, because as soon as I manage to sort out my breathing, everything stabilizes.

I think that it is promising that you get no side effects from 2 grams of thiamine hcl taken orally as that is the dose Dr. Costantini recommended for most people (dose is based on the person's weight). I take 1 gram of thiamine hcl, 2Xday and have done very well on it. I've been taking that dose for 3 years. I take one dose mid-morning and one dose mid-afternoon.
Taking 2 grams/day of thiamine hcl orally for 7 days equals to taking one 100mg injection of thiamine hcl per week.
Thank you for the clarification, I find that 1g twice a day like you 2 brings the most positive effect with the least side effects (I have tried 500mg, 1000mg 1500mg and 2000mg twice a day).
I will switch to one injection of 100mg per week as soon as I finish my stock of B1.

Nicotinic acid does something that niacinamide doesn't, it binds to the GPR109A receptor which stops intestinal inflammation, I've noticed that the flush also regulates serotonin when I feel I've got too much of it in my head.

Urine PH of 10, intolerance to Thiamin
Out of curiosity I tested the ph of my urine for 24 hours, and noticed that it was around 9-10. I read that there could be a relationship between CO2 levels, hyperventilation, potassium, bicarbonate and kidney problems with deacidifying the body.
Should I be worried about this? Could this explain my intolerance to vitamin B1?

No, there is no website on the clear web for LSD-25, only RC shops of LSD prodrugs but not in the US. 1 seed of HWBR is enough for a microdose btw.
Psilocin lacks the D2 partial agonism, and I suspect it to be a SERT inhibitor.

@thyroidchor27 I do LSD-25 or LSA 5 days a week with coffee/niacine/taurine/glycine mainly, low dose amanita muscaria with some rusting tobacco in the week end.
I've tried hundreds of supplements, protocols and all those shitty expensive nootropics, and testosterone optimisation stacks, and never felt as androgenic as with what I'm taking currently, I feel driven to eat a metabolic diet, not forced.
Bromocriptine or any other ergot derivative, is in my opinion way superior to all those "testosterone/dht" boosting supplements, herbs and protocols. Even Mucuna Pruriens is superior. All those compounds have to be cycled in a 4-5 day ON, 2-3 day OFF in my opinion.

I've done both for several years, and partial agonism is far superior to antagonism.
In the long term, partial agonism makes you more creative, benevolent, empathetic, authentic, loving, with an ease of feeling this connection with others while remaining open-minded and keeping an emotional distance without being cut off from your emotions, which helps on a social level and doing things in service to yourself and others, you begin to act no longer in a purely individualistic way but through a form of collective consciousness while really feeling the impact of your presence in this life.
Antagonism turns you into a sleeping and eating machine, with a feeling of isolation and disinterest in reaching out to others.
Most of the time, the so-called "rebound" that some people like Lokzo experience with cyproheptadine is just the result of homeostasis, where the body after antagonism will try to resensitize the receptors and increase serotonin again to compensate.
But then, most people, like the last one I mentioned, will remain in total denial due to their belief system concerning serotonergic agonists, most of which are psychedelics, which creates resistance even to trying them or taking them, even for therapeutic purposes.
In the end, whether it is agonism or antagonism, the objective is almost the same which is the regulation of serotonergic 5HT-2a receptors, and the ideal cycle being 4 to 5 days ON, with a break of 2 or 3 days.

Ginkgo Biloba + Panax Ginseng peaty?
I've been taking 360mg of ginkgo biloba extract 50:1 and 1000mg of panax ginseng root extract containing 1% ginsenosides every morning for a week now and I've never felt so androgenic.
I've tried hundreds of supplements, plants, research molecules and pharmaceutical drugs, and the effect is a bit like a combination of nicotine and coffee that make me feel very calm, energetic and dominant.
I've also noticed a big improvement in my digestion, I can eat twice as much without the slightest sign of burping, bloating or flatulence.
What do you think?
