RE: Cookware recommendations
@guy Any stainless steel and/or glass cookware will do the trick. Visions makes some good quality glass cookware
Don't cheap out on cookware. If you take good care of it, it will last you a lifetime

RE: Peaty Daily Hair Styling
@onliest You could try a silk bonnet/silk pillow case to decrease some frizz
What I personally do is: Wet my hair a little bit (w a spray bottle), apply some leave in conditioner and scrunch my hair for some extra volume. Takes like 3 mins

NDT in Europe
Hi fellow peatlings
Does anyone know of a good source for desiccated thyroid in Europe? I came across this brand called Metavive (https://www.the-natural-choice.com/Metavive-IV-Bovine-Thyroid-Complex-80mg-90-Capsules.html)
Does anyone have experience with this brand? Or just NDT in general? Would like to know more about how to cycle/dosage
Thanks in advance

Shampoo/conditioner/hair care
I'm curious to know what type of shampoo and conditioner you all use and how it may have impacted your hair. It would be nice to hear about your experiences with different hair care products (or routines!) and whether you've noticed any effects with your scalp/hair
I've recently switched to using Aleppo soap, and the results have been really good so far! My hair feels incredibly moisturized and looks amazing
Go ahead and share your routines!

@CO3 Yep! Currently sipping on some skimmed milk mixed with cocoa powder from Oxfam. Really tasty and doesn't contain lecithins!

@nigga Add some Gumbi mode fundamentals to all this and you would be good to go.
Also, Mega dosing K2 + calcium + sun beds = BONE FUEL.

RE: Is this a good Red light or I fucked up?
@rayjeet I use mine for hours at a safe distance.
1 light is enough, but 2 is better for the heat.
