@RawGoatMilk88 Joshua in the example didn't lose any muscle and only lost fat. I did a 5 day juice fast in September and lost 6 pounds. Gained back 2 after I finished it. I want to do one big one where I also exercise to really cut down. The amount of protein you recommend seems to be too much as well. It seems like every new info and n=1 anecdote I see is about people being better on <100g of protein. Maybe I add some beef gelatin as Joshua recommended.

What do you guys think about juice fasting? Consuming nothing but fruit juices for 1-2 weeks.
I need to shed around 20lbs of fat.

I have T and DHT from alphagels (havent used them yet) and they told me that 1ml/day (200mg/ml) applied to the forearm is equal to around a 300mg TRT dose.

@yerrag Went to the Doctor to get antibiotics prescribed for it but since she doesn't have a fever they won't give it to her atleast until it has been a month. Dumb system. From what I read that's what really helps

it can be through breathing of vapor infused with essential oils such as spike lavender.

I got one of these let's see how it works.
