Nocco energy drink for BCAA
I live in nordic country and this drink is very popular
Is this peaty in any sense of the word. I drink Red Bull and other collagen caffeine drink as well, but mainly drink strong espresso with milk, sugar in typical peaty fashion. Am wondering how peaty BCAA is in general as well. Thank you.

@PeaterDinklage Would it be dangerous to double this dose?

What would be the opinion of the forum for something like this:
Multi B Vitamin with:
B1 5mg
B2 2.5mg
B3 25mg
B5 5mg
B6 2.5mgHave been taking this mainly for the skin benefits as well as trying to improve cognitive function (brain fog and forgetfulness) despite being young.
Thanks in advance for any replies or comments.

RE: Rate my stack/guide my peating
@PeaterDinklage Thank you for the reply. Appreciate it. Bowel movements are now very consistent. Recently started taking garlic clove before bed for overgrowth. I suspect it may be overgrowth because of frothy urine as well as general brain fog. Took a multi B with 450mg Thiamine as well. Hoping for this to help.
If 1.90 TSH is bad, not saying it isn't, what can I do to lower it naturally. I am too young to take pregnenolone, progesterone or T3/T4. Have been eating liver, which I was not doing in November, this may mean that my TSH is now lower, I'm not sure.
Once again, thank you for the reply.

RE: Rate my stack/guide my peating
@ShiftGear Bowel moments are not too consistent. Once a day minimum, but not well formed. Have thought of cutting dairy for digestion and skin issues, but it’s so vital for my calories.
I am also interested in the relation to energy and Judo. Very interesting stuff. My Sensei is very old but seems to have the explosive power of a 20 year old.

@PeaterDinklage Forgot to mention that calories are 3000+ every day for muscle building reasons

Rate my stack/guide my peating
I have been trying to implement the teachings of peat into my diet for some time and have had lots of success. Mainly eat natural foods, apart from some gummy bears every now and then. I am mostly interested in bioenergetics to be more sociable, improve vitality and focus and testosterone, also have acne+acne scarring which im trying to fix with my diet and topical niacinamide). I want to put this out there in the hopes that someone further along can help point me in the right direction. Right now my diet looks like this (keep in mind I'm trying to gain muscle, hence the starch)
Morning:
Skyr or yoghurt
Frozen mango
Collagen Peptide
Sourdough bread with butter
3 Eggs
Parm Reggiano sometimesLunch:
Rice or potatoes
Ground beef or chicken (try to avoid chicken though)After lunch meal / preworkout:
Skyr or more rice
Cheese or milkDinner:
Same as Lunch most of the timeSupplements:
Creatine 5g every day
L-Theanine with milk coffee in the morning
Vit D3+K2 (3000iu and 75iu respectively)
Vit A 10000iu every other day (to get rid of acne, as well as niacin amide serum for my scarring)Workouts:
Judo two times a week for 3 hours total
Lift three times a week for 1 hour+As I said, I would be hugely thankful for any tips or help as well as info regarding my supps etc. Im not hypothyroid; my tests last November gave me a TSH level of 1.90 and I'm fairly young as well. Please leave comments or links to relevant Peat articles or any helpful tips in general, I will appreciate anything and everything.

RE: Killing serotonin without drugs
@Santosh Does this account for the diet he described or are amendments necessary for such a cure?

RE: Is this peaty enough?
@PrinceMyshkin Thank you for your reply, yes I had that starch suspicion and will definitely try to make some more changes. Didn’t know about the zinc supplementation but will look into that.

Is this peaty enough?
I eat pretty much within the general guidelines of Dr. Peat, but want to ask the more veteran peaters what changes I can make to have less stress and specifically reduce anxiety.
Breakfast:
3 Eggs
100 gr. cottage Cheese
2 slices (80gr) high quality fine sourdough bread
10gr jam and 10gr butter on the bread
Maybe some Brie cheeseCoffee:
2 or 3 after breakfast with milk and honeyLunch:
Potato/rice/sweet potato + haddock (High quality)/ground beef
Maybe orange juice sometimesDinner:
Similar to lunch, potatoes + meat
With large glass no fat milkCalories are roughly 2700 a day and work out 3x a week weight lifting.
Supps:
3000iu Vit-D
ZMA Supplement for gym recovery
Chamomile tea with hydrolysed collagen before bed
Recently added lamb liver roughly once a week and eat the carrot salad roughly 5x a weekAny help at all would appreciated. Quite new to this sphere and would greatly appreciate any guidance or help/changes to this diet/plan.

What is the peatiest way to take care of your mouth? I’m scared of fluoride toothpaste and need an alternative. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

RE: Lýsi Omega 3 concern
@Andreas thanks for swift reply. Do you have a good alternative for Vit-d and vit-A supplementation. I live in Scandinavia and need this type of supplementation.

Lýsi Omega 3 concern
https://lysi.com/consumer-products/liquid-cod-liver-oil
Is this an ok source of Vit-D and Vit-A. I’m new to peat and don’t understand his opinions on Omega-3 fish oils even if production quality is high. Also looking for good explanation of Vit-A.

RE: Siggis Skyr - Cheese like yogurt - Cheap, low inflamatory protein?
One thing to have behind your ear is that Skyr is technically a cheese. Some have sensitivity to skyr but not milk etc.

RE: Peat - inspired meal prep
Hello everyone,
I am on a bulk rn and need peaty carb options. What is the peatiest way to eat potatoes? Peeled or whole? Is rice better or is it too starchy? -
