It’s wonderful in regards to the man and his lifeNot sure how the cabal could get to him in his own home without Catherine being affected or aware

RE: RFK Jr speech on the chronic disease situation
But super poor judgment
I mean
The optics
Definition: (typically in a political context) the way in which an event or course of action is perceived by the public. If you run an anti vaxx website and are going to run for President
Tell her
“Honey, not yet. There is plenty of time to celebrate”
Or
Rent a venueJust odd

RE: RFK Jr speech on the chronic disease situation
What’s good is:
It shows us politics is just a show
And hopefully points people to the real solutionsStrong households
Strong neighborhoods
Strong communities
And dare i say
Be involved in local elections
Esp for sheriff imoBut
Most importantly
Get right with GodAin’t no politician gonna save your ass

RE: RFK Jr speech on the chronic disease situation
He and his wife hosted a holiday party in 2021
The invite was must show vaccination proof
He addressed this decision soon after
Stating Cheryl was the boss in his houseThat really showed a lot
I appreciate his integrity to tell the truth
But
If your Hollyweird provaxx wife runs the household
Just super odd to meWatch what people do versus what they say
Ie: Trump locked me in my home for a year and promoted the J&J
Um hmm
I don’t forget that either -
RE: Should I Eat LOTS of Carbs When in Glucose Metabolism?
@RandomUser said in Should I Eat LOTS of Carbs When in Glucose Metabolism?:
@Peatful
Thanks, I'll give it a shot.It was meant to read 40/30/30
Or even 50/25/25Best to you
-
RE: Should I Eat LOTS of Carbs When in Glucose Metabolism?
personally I would eat balanced macros vs carb loading.
40/30/0 cpf should give you steady good temps

RE: Calorie deficit but gaining fat?
If I were you
I would concentrate on easy to digest meals
Small ones
Five to six times a dayYou will know a meal agrees with you if once in a relaxed state- post meal- you take your temperature and it’s raised
Eating agreeable food allows the blood sugar to remain stable
Which lowers cortisol and in turn allows your thyroid to kick in so to speakOf course you need balanced meals
Ie c/p/f
Plus minimize liquids
Eat real foodIf your liver is “suffering”
It can’t convert the food into an active form of thyroid
I am oversimplifying thisBut gut health effects thyroid health and vice versa
-
RE: Calorie deficit but gaining fat?
So do you think your digestion is good?
-
RE: Calorie deficit but gaining fat?
How are you measuring fat gain?
Water or inflammation gain due to endotoxins makes more sense with what little data sharedPlus
Your temps aren’t great…. -
RE: Calorie deficit but gaining fat?
What is your waking body temperature and then
what is your temperature in a relaxed state 20 minutes after breakfast? -
RE: AI bubble is already over. Next pandemic soon?
The Bird Flu Summit is in October
This is a global conference iircSound familiar?

RE: Tucker Carlson Red Pills the population about the medical industry
Nice to hear this on a platform as far reaching as Tucker’s.
Did you catch it though…
The MD referred to serotonin as a good or happy hormone. As bright
and as awake
and as morally upright as she is-
The indoctrination runs deep -
RE: How you discovered Peat?
Was sick
Found an article on an obscure website: Raypeat dot com
Didn’t understand it…Read his book Nutrition for Women
Didn’t understand it….Got sicker and sicker
Started to understand!
Experimented with his ideas
Saw truth
Never have looked back -
RE: Meaning of digital culture?

@Peatful I read propaganda and acquire appropriate contracts. It's rather boring like playing poker. I reject the Protestant ethic concept of doing anything for a living. It's a non-noble idea of eating without contribution/working. Artificial intelligence is not fully developed yet, so the aristocracy still needs a small number of peasants. Aristocracy in a freedom sense, not in the context of finance. I quite like the natural beauty of the US, especially the Cascades. The pariah mentality of the office cattle, not so much.
Have you considered Steiner schools? Or Ray style homestead? Why the eagerness to participate in a toxic culture? Why waste so much time listening to bozo teachers?
Most of their teachers have been deplorable
So i can’t argue with you thereI did it because
Because
This is lifeAnd we have a counter cultural family
I live for the moments where - they get it
They get it!I also look at some wonderful homeschool families
But those kids are being “indoctrinated” just in a different wayIn regards to the East
I was thinking of the “police state” in China
And
The tech culture in Japan and KoreaI find both things quite frightening
For different reasons of course -
RE: Meaning of digital culture?
I’m running an errand for work which means I’m driving and this is voice recognition.
Ironic
I’m not sure what you do for a living or where in the world you live, but I am in the US and I’m in a high people high touch industry
I see people no longer know how to relate to other people
And a big upward trend of not being able to even relate to themselvesOne of the very weak reasons I kept my two girls in public schools aside from our private schools being no better
Was for the socialization was for the team sports was for the working in groups collaborativelyI look at some of the trends in the East,
and it’s very troubling to me -
RE: Meaning of digital culture?
I don’t agree with your assessment and or counter argument

RE: Meaning of digital culture?
@psi said in Meaning of digital culture?:
Ray cited early days of computers and Norbert Wiener's proposal for analog devices. I have not read those books. Maybe they're great but nowadays digital infrastructure is unavoidable. The premise that analog devices cannot be censored by authoritarian forces is unclear. As long as storage and distribution are centralized, there will be censorship.
The bigger issue is that the Internet and media have become bigger than direct experience of the physical world. The system slowly poisons all participants, and media offer a mild escape. Most humans in the developed countries are very reluctant to give up old stories. For example, how many are aware of the anti sugar cult and toxicity of certain fats? The digital infrastructure has no way to differentiate incorrect information from truth. Many other examples continue to circulate with no practical opposition: fluoride, glyphosate, x rays. When it comes to something like starch, most humans are chained by culture so much that there is little chance of any change.
Ray said that it'd take a catastrophic event for real change to happen. I thought corona was that but now it's clear that it was a nothingburger engineered for now unknown purpose.
Do you think the status quo will continue for another 50 years or radical change is on the horizon (less than 5 years) ?
I appreciate this thoughtful post.
If we look at the last five years-
How do you assess?
I have experienced radical change
Especially as a parent
Emphasized by me going against the status quoI think things are only accelerating
I see it everyday
Just even in our neighborhoodPeople are ill
People are deceived
So many having no idea how to think for themselves….A Brave New World….
Here is a short audio of me asking Ray a disjointed question about the future sort of
He says digital culture doesn’t end well
And we need human conceptshttps://bioenergetic.life/clips/433f2?t=3809&c=72
