He wasn't a dietician, but I would say the vast majority of people found Peat because of his ideas on food/nutrients because of the health problems so many people are suffering from.

He recommended no diet
He was a biologist of course
Looking for ways to bring health to the individual so they didn't have to rely on the MIC and be stuck in dis-ease
The old forum and other health professionals have interpreted some of his observations, recommendations etc as dietary advice
And have skewed his intent

You may simply be too lean for whatever your energy needs are
It may have you in that stressed state

What is your morning temperature in a relaxed state 20-30 minutes after eating breakfast?
