  This only applies to 17-a alkylated steroids or 7-a alkylated steroids (or really any synthetic androgen that is created in such a way that there is steric hinderance to its metabolism).

  Oral androgens are not harmful in general. For example, in the 2000's there were many prohormones like 4-AD and 1-AD which were not methylated and were not liver toxic.

  Oral test itself is not liver toxic and has in fact been used in combination with thiamine to help heal the liver.

  @LetTheRedeemed Do you still consume dairy? I think I might have to cut it out, I have problems from the methionine and I get bad side effects from supplementing glycine. But I have no idea how to compensate for all the micronutrients, calcium, saturated fat, etc I'll be missing without it.
