Eat 1 - 2 tablespoons honey (not fancy honey, just any honey that is real honey) on an empty stomach in the morning. Nothing to eat or drink for an hour. Do this 2 or 3 days in a row. Voila, it is fixed for awhile. Maybe for a few weeks. It doesn’t seem to pay to eradicate them fully, and H Pylori have some benefit too, so this is what I use to keep them at bay.

I think one of the structural changes of hair loss involve a more circular forehead, with a pointier top of the skull -- the more egg shaped head. Assuming this is for men, when you take a certain amount it makes you temporarily baby faced with a smaller skull size and softer scalp. If you think of someone's bald shiny head, the scalp area is really rigid. Progesterone makes the tissue less dense and probably less fibrotic. Though I also think if you take too much it'll make your hair not as thick as it should be, because at that point you'd be opposing testosterone. It's certainly a better finasteride.

@peatolish +1 to Progest-E but as Peat cautioned it’s important to make sure your vitamin D level and calcium intake are high enough to avoid activation of certain estrogen-producing enzymes (7-keto I think was in the name) by the progesterone. If you’re not sure then vitamin E might be safer to start with. Or maybe the vitamin E in the Progest-E obviates the risk, it would be good to go back and check what Ray said. FWIW what you’re describing sounds similar to something I have on the left side of my nose which tingles like it’s growing whenever estrogen or prolactin are rising, if I consume TocoVit or slather it on the skin the tingles go away.

@BroJonas The adrenaline-y feelings have resolved over time. I’m taking around 33mg of cynoplus and few nibs of t3 a day. I think the body just adjusts to lowering pituitary activity after a while

@KippleRemover yeah, im not sure why baking soda worked before but doesnt anymore. i put a bunch of coconut oil with some drops of rosemary oil in my hair today, since theyre supposed to be anti fungal. it helped a little. i suspect showering too warm and too long hasnt been helping.

I've taken 3-4g of aspirin consistently for months without much change in eye color but my baseline is A20s. Getting sun seems to make my eyes brighter, but that might just be contrast with darker skin.

@evan-hinkle That might work, but if you didn't want the odd flavor camphosal provides you could just mix in some insoluble fiber, like wheat bran. The basic premise to psyllium husk is it's got high amounts of soluble fiber. This is indicated when you mix it with water and it starts to gel. Soluble fiber will slow transit time, and ferment in the process. Insoluble is the exact opposite. It doesn't ferment and it speeds up transit time, sweeping bacteria out along with it. Berries are another good source of insoluble fiber. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.

@Appa said in Dexamphetamine withdrawal: The best way to reset stimulant tolerance is through NMDA antagonism. Magnesium is an NMDA antagonist. An epsom salt foot bath or Mg supplement can work. Amantadine is a powerful NMDA antagonist as well as having multiple other properties (inc dopamine "receptor activation" at D2). NMDA antagonists can "take the edge off" excitotoxicity and help to reset neurotransmitter patterns/systems aka habits.
