Is there a way to turn oral aspirin to topical? Aside from souling (?) in water.

I used nicotine patches (1 week only) for mine and my mothers long covid. They helped me some, and really helped with her breathing issues.

Big fan of Greenfield water systems, (Ben Greenfield’s dad Gary). They’ve been in business I think 50 years, and I have their whole home filter with a water structuring unit at the end of the filter. I’ve never had such great water, and since it’s whole home I’m watering my garden with it, bathing in it, cooking with it, washing my hands with it at every tap, etc.

@Kvothe nothing I’ve tried has made a huge impact but I’m generally healthy aside from a few small issues. T3 does make me feel more alive, however I suspect I have a gut imbalance and will try berberine, then perhaps antibiotics.

@tea yes for the calcium (I usually take some 20-30min after B1 HCL just because it’s a good time to let stomach acid deal with it). I do find taking potassium bicarb w/ baking soda has helped a lot with higher dose thiamine (also took doing it for at least a couple days before i noticed a big difference)

Any recommendations on low excipient magnesium glycinate tablets? I don't want powder because the smell and taste is abominable.

@deadkaczynski I have a love hate relationship with Modafinil. Haven't used it in about 18mo. It was amazing for doing manual labor back in college, but I find it to be pointless for anything else. The first few hours are amazing, then I would be literally unable to socialize, feel like shit, but continue doing random unnecessary tasks to feel productive but feel too shitty to do anything actually meaningful.
