Anyone got a source for cheap good magnesium?
-
@BabyDuck is this beef gelatin and decent quality? Insane price.
-
Hi,
@CO3
I’ve just seen your post.
Good initiative but it would be more practical if we weren’t obliged to click on the link to know the provenance. If someone could edit, it would be nice. THANKS.
For the Mg Bisglycinate from HSN, I tested: I threw it in the trash: I don't like the taste (disgusting) and it is badly diluting. It’s +/ OK with lemon juice. I prefer the one from nutrixeal.com (France) but there is surely cheaper. Quality has a price.
I buy me gelatin (collagen peptides) at nutrimucle.com -
@edouard
1 kg of gelatin powder for 12€ (Spain)
https://www.especiaselreloj.com/tienda/gelatina-en-polvo/1 kg of collagen peptides for 23€.
https://www.hsnstore.com/marcas/raw-series/colageno-hidrolizado-bovinoAlternatively, you can visit any wholesale store, where you can likely find gelatin at a good price. This is where restaurants typically purchase in bulk.

It’s beef and they make it from their skin.
Not organic though. But I don’t know if it’s important for the quality. -

Does someone have a source for Novothyral without the need of a prescription that ships from within the EU?
I would like to know this too...
My thyroid package from https://pharmapct.to/ has been recently seized by customs in Poland
Permanent surveillance... I hate this fucking authoritarian paternalistic rigid culture/state...
(Sorry guys, I needed to vent...) -

https://www.hsnstore.com/marcas/raw-series/colageno-hidrolizado-bovinoHow does it taste? Perfect dilution?
Because with magnesium bisglycinate form HSN, I've thrown it away (what remained) with the waste in the garbage. Awful taste. it dilutes very badly. -
Is here someone from Germany ordering Progest-E successfully from Ray's widow?
If so, just the 'normal' delivery or with some specific instructions?
-
@LucH It dilutes perfectly and has no taste. I add it in my coffee and in my food sometimes, and I don’t notice any difference in flavor.

There's a Polish shop that has aspirin powder. I haven't bought it and can't vouch for its purity, but I wanted to throw it out there:
https://www.biolaboratorium.com/en/collections/acetylsalicylsaure-aspirin
-
@Melora Manufacturer is legit; it has certificates and positive reviews. The product should be pure.
I plan to buy it soon. I also saw good reviews of it from fellow peaters on Twitter.BTW
You can buy it directly https://sklep.biomus.eu/de/acetylsalicylsaeure/477-kwas-acetylosalicylowy-250g-5902409416220.html -

@edouard water soluble vitamin D3 might be better
it is sold as micellised vitamin d3
-
@wester130 hey, never heard of water soluble d3. What do you think are the pros against in olive oil for example?

I have heard many people don’t get replies when trying to order Progest-E from that email? What should one do then?
