Here is the light spectrum. I am going to go with the $20 purchase and maybe if there is any interest in this post I will update with my experience when they arrive. I have no faith in the ISO TR2002-2018, because they want me to pay lots of monies to read the summary on blue light.

@pittybitty Sure, and everyone on the planet would agree, but the question is the just-so nature of his archetype in the decline of their metabolism as a process of aging, which is what I am contesting. Is it aging or is it hormones or diet, or sunlight and stress as put by someone in this thread. Why is metabolism slowing down taken as a quality of aging at such a young age.

@eugene have you tried sleeping with less support? what is your mattress like?

I just use regular high wattage incandescent bulbs on clamp lamps that I attach to my bookshelf. I don't really think you need to have a red filter on the light, the red is already included in the whole spectrum.

Also, @eugene your choice in lamp is a fire hazard. You should be using something similar to this. I linked a Walmart one because that's where you got your lamp but you can find these at almost any hardware store. Make sure you get one rated for at least the wattage of the bulb. Most modern lamps and fixtures aren't intended to be used with incandescent bulbs and the current draw can cause wires and fixtures to get very hot.

@oldchem Yeah they look swag. And the onlky reason I don't drink coffee back to back is that my way of making it is too annoying. My dad has one lying around.. I might ask for it. If i work from home it would be indispensable to have large amount of coffee.

Today I went to Walmart and got Whole Milk Greek Yogurt, Frozen Organic Raspberries, USDA Prime Ribeye, 8 lbs of tatoes, English Muffins, and Vanilla Ice Cream. The ice cream brand I get is mostly good besides the Guar Gum. I'm looking for a quality Feta brand that is fairly priced and not Kirkland as Costco is a racial wasteland in 2024.
