@ThinPicking yeah, I was surprised. I thought he is radiating with health.
He montioned in a reply that he lowered his VA intake and feels a little better from it.
I think some amount of soluble fiber is needed for optimal bile functioning.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

The guy is doubling down, but he misses the point again. Claims that the doses to reach toxicity are extremely high, but doesn’t understand that harm begins much earlier.

@Andrewㅤ what do you mean by grains, Tyromix is not measured in grains.
So I did the flush last night. 6 days of preparation, drinking 1l of freshly squeezed apple juice, then on the 6th day (yesterday), I did an enema, followed by the regular epsom salt + water drinks. I stopped eating at noon yesterday until this morning.
Before bad, I had the 120ml olive oil + 180ml lemon juice.
The epsom salt and the olive oil mix were nasty to drink. I didn't have nausea, didn't vomit, but it did make me gag a bit. Definitely not pleasant. Also felt weak from not eating almost all day.
Last night, after drinking the epsom salt + water, I was sitting on my desk, I started having all kinds of sensations in my abdomen and upper body. I started getting mild pain/ discomfort in my back, middle back and lower back (kidneys ?). At one time, I could feel my spine literally hurting for about 10 minutes.
The back pain is interesting. I've never had kidney problems, I'm not aware of ever having them. But it seems like the flush can be hard on the kidneys. Or perhaps, it was due to dehydration. Not sure.
This morning, had the urge to have a (liquid) bowel movements, and sure enough. I saw a few dozens of those green "stones". Some were quite large, up to 1.5 cm in diameter.
It remains to be seen if I will feel better after the flush. I remain skeptical because reading on the FB groups, people don't just do a flush every now and then, they do them through the years, and claim they have to keep doing it. That doesn't seem right to me. Once every few weeks/ months should be more than enough.
So it turns out the brand that I've been using hasn't been reliable. I was using an unknown pakistan brand.
Hopefully, I'll get my hands on some Novotiral soon (100:20 ratio T4/T3).
That's why I ended up on a seemingly high-dose. My suspicion was that the product wasn't reliable or potent enough.
Another thing I noticed that I ended up feel dull and emotionless at some point, then I dropped the pills for 2-3 days, felt better, then worse again, and when I got back on the pills, better again.
I'll have some moments/ hours when I can feel my metabolism really high and feel great, more energetic, more extroverted. But I haven't yet been able to make it consistent.
Hopefully, I'll have a better experience with Novotiral.
I remember he had a debuning video on Low VA a few months ago, but I honestly found his debunking pretty weak and barely scratching the surface.
@LucH said in Liver/ gallbladder flush experiences?:
What you see is not crystal but oil balls.
I've been reading about this a bit.
What do you think is the explanation for which: as someone does more flushes, the number of stones/ oil "balls" reduces? It it were just oil balls, wouldn't the number of them be relatively consistent, given the same amount of olive oil ingested on the flush day?
I've noticed this happening too. Not only in men, but also women. Some can be explained by weight gain, but I've seen those with normal weight have this puffy, red, bloated face as they age.
My guess is PUFA, estrogen...
It also seems like their head expands, gets bigger/ wider after a certain age.
Please share your experience with liver/ gallbladder flushes for improving digestion, vitality, liver health..
I'm thinking of experimenting with them.
@Mallard6146 do you have an idea of why you struggle?
I’m still permanently banned by username and also banned by IP address.

Lmfao, apparently G. Smith now turned against Charlie.
@Conundrum Following. From my observations, low libido and erectile dysfunction are often caused by low free testosterone.
I have an online friend, he has been dealing with low libido and ED for ages. He has good Total Testosterone levels (in the 600 ng/dL range), yet his free T is in the lower half.
The only measure that made his libido return was taking HCG injections.
Seems like free Testosterone has to be in the upper half of the normal range, for libido to work as it should.
I also managed to increase my Total T (up to 590 ng/dL), yet my free T remains low (10 pg/mL).
@yerrag I never tested Ceruloplasmin, from what I remember.
At some point, I supplemented Copper for a while, I was into that Copper Revolution group. It didn't made a difference and I also didn't want to go very high dose.
Reduced my T4 dosage and already feeling a difference within less than 2 days. I woke up in a better mood and more fresh this morning.
It’s clear that all that T4 was partially converting to rT3.
@Joseph12 not recently, I haven’t checked fasting insulin.
I’m using an unknown brand of thyroid, but I don’t think it matters because it’s clearly having an effect on my blood markers, so it’s real thyroid.
It’s also clear that I my problem is cellular hypothyroidism, something is blocking the effect of T3. Also conversion is poor due to intestinal/ liver issues.
@Mulloch94 amber o’Hearn said that cortisol is not elevated in ketosis, only when in a state of hypoglycaemia.
And it’s glucagon that is elevated.
@Mulloch94 The problem is that you can't pinpoint one marker in his blood tests that suggest a bad metabolism or a state of health. That's the issue that arises. There is always some kind of cope.
Oh, his TSH is super low because high cortisol suppresses TSH
Oh, his Testosterone is ultra-high, but it's from stress.
"Oh, his temperature is ultra high, but it's from adrenaline, cortisol.
@LetTheRedeemed Agree.
There are several varieties of the keto diet. Some emphasis fiber from low-carb veggies, some restrict protein, other are more high-protein. There is also keto heavy in nuts.
