I followed Danny Roddy's suggestions in his post. I took T3 during the day (cynomel) and after a few weeks added T3/T4 before bed (cynoplus). I quickly felt gittery. Now I only take just a 1/4 of cynomel 3 X a day. And a tiny piece of the cynoplus at night.
The one big change for me is that I don't have any more heart palpitations. I've had those since I was a teenager but worse since menopause.

RE: Thyroid in neck meat: how to find?
@herayclitus
I would just ask. In many Asian or Mexican stores there's a butcher that prepares the meat. You can ask them for the thyroid. I often ask for parts of meat that they don't use for my dog and it's never an issue.
Standard supermarkets will never give it to you, they follow the rules. -
RE: Drone Activity: December 2024
It's to develop fear and panic so people spend more money on Christmas. It's a psyop

RE: Peaty Dental Care?
@Pooooop
I like to chew sewak or miswak sticks. Works for me and I like the flavor.
I do still brush my teeth at night. -
RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
@Mossy I think you should try it 3X daily for a while and see if you improve. If it doesn't then up the dosage. That's how I did it and it worked very well. It takes a bit before you get regular.

RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
Usually after my meal but I don't overthink it. Sometimes I forget and just take it in between meals.

RE: DMSO - is it as maligned as aspirin because of potential benefits?
I know this topic is older.
But doesnt DMSO induce DNA methylation?
I read from Georgi Dinkov that DNA methylation is tied to cancer.

RE: FDA approved BOVAER for dairy in the US (Its over)
What does this exactly mean?
I've never even heard of it. -
RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
@Tarzan17
maybe 2 months. I'm not worried about it. Maybe I will stop. For now I really like it and it gives me easy 2 bowel movements a day. No loose stools either.
I used to have colitis and basically am cured but it turned into constipation. I'm not doing well with any other products, it usually turns into a colitis flare up. This does not. -
RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
@Tarzan17 Taking it every now and then doesn't work I think. I take it 3X a day. The amount you have to find out for yourself. If I take it consistently I only take maybe 1/4 teaspoon or less.

RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
I highly recommend cascara sagrada from a good source (I buy it from Saturee, works better than others). It really works and I had the same issues as you had. I take it 3 X a day. Not aggressive

RE: Aspirin use besides orally
I had a terrible colitis flare up from aspirin. Then someone advised me to buy the powdered form and put it into a smoothie. That's what I do now, and I have no more symptoms.

RE: If you have experience with taking Cynomel
@BroJonas
One Cynomel tablet is 25 mcg. So you mean I should only take 1/5? That's about the dose I started with. Broda Barnes mentioned that people usually need 2 grains so that would be 25 mcg. I have this from Danny Roddy's post on thyroid supplementation.What do you think?
I know I can respond differently to meds than others so it's definitely possible I need less.

If you have experience with taking Cynomel
I'm taking cynomel for 3 months now. I take 1/2 a tablet 3 times a day plus 1/4 cynoplus at night. (I have build it up slowly).
I feel good however my heart rate is up quite a bit. I don't worry about it but I am out of breath very quickly. It's noticeable compared to before.Anybody has experienced the same? Did it get better over time? What did you do about it?

RE: I need x-rays
For now I'm not doing the X rays. I don't know what would come out of them anyway.
I am trying DMSO and that seems to help a bit so I am hopeful.

RE: I need x-rays
@LetTheRedeemed
I've been taking VitK by Thorne. As seen below. Would that mean 1-2 tablets a day?
I only take one every other day so probably can take more. I don't like to take a lot of supplements that's why I don't take much at the moment. I do think aspirin is important and that's why I take this as well. -
RE: I need x-rays
@LucH
I actually do have Helycrisse. How do you apply it? You use a carrier oil? -
RE: I need x-rays
@LucH
wait, what does this mean? I have been using red light lately
Didn't even think about that. -
RE: I need x-rays
I am in touch with Danny so most of what I do has been discussed with him.
I never have cold hands or feet.
I don't think I can take a lot of aspirin. I just take a tiny amount and I already get bleeding gums and if I accidentally get a small cut it bleeds like crazy. I take vit K too but it doesn't seem to make it better. The small amount is ok but if I take more I'm worried about the bleeding, even when I brush my teeth.Yes I do hold a smart phone for an extended period of time. I'm as addicted as anybody else
