I’ll be blunt and cut to the chase due to a time restriction on my end
There’s much more data that we need -
the most important for me would be your temperature at waking and after your breakfast in a relaxed state. Maybe 20 minutes to 30 minutes after your morning meal
Knowing your dietary history is also important as well as your age and gender
If I had to assess and or categorize this diet I would say it is restrictive and possibly borderline orthorexic
