@jamezb46 Well, I used 40mg+ of topical pregnenolone and DHT both dissolved in DMSO for 6 months before the cycle began, and I didn't notice any change in my testicles or semen then. But I can't compare the two, I didn't experiment them whilst on cycle.

Just tried the powder rawdog method (pour a scoop in a cup and take it) and it works great! I think I tried this one years ago but didn't like it for some reason. Goodbye PUFA protein shakes (except for when traveling) Also, it turns out there are two protein shakes at Costco without PUFAs: Super Coffee and Nurri. I think the Super Coffee looks good because it uses MCT oil and has caffeine (I don't drink coffee or tea otherwise) and Nurri uses cream for fat.

@jamezb46 the idea was that even though bakuchiol itself doesn't aromatize to estrogen, its estrogenic effects would essentially take the place of existing estrogen aromatized from different sources. The purpose of the AI would be to reduce aromatized estrogen elsewhere so that the bakuchiol in addition to existing hormones doesn't cause hyperestrogenic symptoms. Of course, this wouldn't be viable if bakuchiol is so estrogenic that an effective dose would exhibit an estrogenic effect greater than what would already be present. I also thought that DHEA became estrogenic at higher doses if there is already of lot of it present. Is that not true? Also, it's disappointing how Idealabs wasn't able to get a good enough Drupanol yield. Doing so would have brought them more into the lines of "exclusive supplement lab" and less of a "Sigma Aldrich rebadger". Maybe the new product has its own synthesis?
