@secondkelping Summer squash. To be specific, white (light green) zucchinis, don't know what they'd call those in the US. Very low starch. Going alright

RE: Is there more to coffee than caffeine?
@Ray-Peat-Fanboy Coffee contains a lot more than just caffeine. So the answer is yes.

RE: Losing weight as fast as possible
@Mulloch94 Lol he was talking about whole milk though and not cherimoyas? You have to look at the whole context, not just hear one word you wanted to hear and jump up and down like 'teacher teacher he said the word look i'm right'
-
RE: Losing weight as fast as possible
@Mulloch94 FOR ME? You think Ray was advocating for calorie restriction based on him saying whole milk is not optimal and you're asking me what's confusing to ME? Waste of breath this conversation.

@CO3 You're in Luck, thank Brad for making Peatbot. This is one of them (there's more, he's said this multiple times across many different interviews), start at the 57:00 mark.
Are you stupid?

@Kilgore Consistency is only good if the things being done and consumed are good. Obviously. It's amazing you made me spell it out. I've genuinely had maybe 3 not-horrible interactions on this forum.

@Kilgore said in Losing weight as fast as possible:
I personally think the most important part of a healthy diet is consistency. People who get consistent on a diet will see the result
Just an insane statement. You need to think about what you say before saying that. Lifehack.

RE: Losing weight as fast as possible
@Kilgore a deficit by definition will lower the metabolism and in the long term likely worsen the condition. Is this another thing you think Ray said?

RE: Losing weight as fast as possible
@notmcas amputation? it literally fits your criteria PERFECTLY.
...i mean it's a retarded goal to have.

RE: got smoked oysters but its in cottonseed oil ffs
@Kilgore said in got smoked oysters but its in cottonseed oil ffs:
Yes thats the first one that comes up to me. Of course Id rather get a smaller portion than 12 8OZ cans the first time around.
yeah i get that lol. It's a bit annoying but I've never bought canned oysters that were particularly bad or anything, so that wouldn't necessarily scare me off. I also don't live with my parents lol, that'd be a bit hard to explain

@Kilgore Crown Prince is available on Canadian Amazon. There's also probably chinese stores that have them in the city, I know you have a lot of Asian immigrants there; in a physical store also check the frozen section!

@Jayvee Off topic but he looks healthy! Such a big difference between a Norwood actively in the Norwood state of being and one that got out of it.
