Yes, they are like vampires. If you add enough garlic to the liver, it's even easier to fight them off.
How's your liver function and stress levels? If one or both are rather bad, the T4 probably goes more to reverse T3 instead of T3, which is pretty anti-thyroid in itself.
Have you tried less T4 or even T3 only for a period of time? If you try T3 only, split it up into tinier doses at a time, like not more than 3 to 5 mcg per hour.

The health care isn't free. The state just acts as the facilitator. It's still a huge redistribution of money from ordinary people to big pharma via taxes and insurance. Also, the health care system gets privatized more and more (at least in UK or Germany) and hospitals are pretty open about their system of having as many sick people as possible to cover costs. My father is on some sort of supervisory board in a hospital and he openly talks about how surgeons are encouraged to perform completely unnecessary operations and procedures to extract as much money as possible from insurance companies. I would recommend red light, foods with Vitamin A (liver) and zinc (oysters), for topical help maybe some niacinamide serum.
Has she checked her thyroid function (temperature, pulse, blood levels)? Problem with digestion, small intestine etc. can indicate low thyroid function.
You said she already tries to avoid starches. I think it would be best to have only well-digested carbs for a while. What people digest well is somewhat individual, but ripe fruit, fruit juice and honey are digested well by most people. That should also help with the acne. The acne and her digestive problems could very well be related. For many people their acne clears up (or at least improves significantly) with a carnivore/low carb diet. I think you can mimic the same benefits with easily digested sugars like that as your carb sources, while avoiding to bad medium to long term effects of low carb.
The carrot salad Georgi mentioned should be a good remedy for all her problems.

Low energy and exhaustion mostly. Lack of endurance. My shoulder pain also worsened around that time, but I can't be sure whether that was a factor, since it started before and maybe would have gotten worse even without the vaccine. It took me about a year to feel halfway decent again.
It was also one of those combination products where they have multiple vaccines in one shot.
It was the last time I let any kind of doctor come near me.

I don't get it either. even for SEO purposes it would have to include links. Stuff like that is/was sometimes used to discredit the competition. You put spam links from you competion everywhere so that google punishes them by ranking their websites lower. But without links it doesn't make sense. Also, google became smarter and ignores such methods now.
All the spam-bots seem to have female names. As a precautionary measure, we should therefore block all users with female names, except for @Jennifer of course. Just kidding.
I'm not an expert, but would a captcha at registration solve the problem or can the bots solve them as well now?

It happens almost every day now. Some bots flood the forum with spam posts, sometimes hundreds of it in a day.
Kudos to the mods and admin for dealing with it and deleting the posts. I'm not criticizing you. But the forum becomes borderline unreadable for parts of the day,
I'm not well-versed enough on all that forum software stuff. But there has to be ways to prevent it, no? It didn't happen on the old forum, it didn't happen on any forum I have ever used (at least not in these dimensions).
