I tried different tangerine juices in the last weeks and months, and the best one is from Netto (Lieblings Direktsaft Mandarine). The orange juice is trash though.
And yes, the Mango stripes from dm are the best. Very sweet and without additives, so they use ripe mangos. I tried mango stripes from Penny once or twice and they were from very unripe mangos.
I already see Peaters running around with brown paper bags full of orange and lemon peel, which they sniff like people used to do with glue. Positive side effect: You can use the paper bag for bag rebreathing afterwards.
It smells pretty decent though.
At my old work place they had some sort of fluorescent light in the offices. I always felt worse when I was there. Some mornings I was walking to work for half an hour, feeling good, and within 15 minutes or so after I arrived there I would feel stressed. Could have also been wifi radiation to be fair. Or a mixture of both and other factors.
Working in large office complexes with lots of artificial lights, electromagnetic radiation, soulless, ugly, modern equipment, incompetent, uneducated but very self-confident bosses, sitting and staring at a screen all day while doing a job that nobody would notice if it wasn't there is just about the worst thing you can do for you physical and emotional wellbeing.
Is this stuff ever not out of stock? How did you even get it?

I would like to try it on my shoulder and upper back, but couldn't get my hands on a bottle yet. I guess the Progesterone creams on the internet aren't even close to having the same absorption and effect.

My dad is doing great. It’s too bad that you haven’t been able to try Progest-E. Diet modifications don’t eliminate your shoulder and upper back symptoms, huh?
I can keep it in check by doing certain exercises and avoiding other movements (overhead, like handstands). But often I'm too lazy or forget about it. I never noticed any differences when changing my diet.
But I wonder what the exact mechanism of Progest-E is. There seems to be more going on than pain relief. In the story with the plumber it seemed that he had serious structural damage, and the application of on bottle of Progest-E fixed it permanently. Almost like it fixed the damage.

You can extract diosgenin from yams and synthesize Progesterone from that. But I don't think you can do that unless you are a chemist and have a lab with lots of resources.
Dr. Peat once mentioned that Progest-E is safe because it is refined further and further through a lot of steps. Even commercial products often have impurities and I suppose they have way better labs than any of us here has at home.

2 kinds: 1 mg or 600 mcg (?) with D3.
That's the only good one I have ever tried. By far the most expensive if looked at the price per bottle, but more than 1000 drops per bottle and 1mg per drop.
The D/K2 only has 100 mcg K2 and 500 IU Vitamin D per drop (the data on iherb is per two drops for whatever reason).
K2 MK7 gave me weird symptoms.
