RE: Share positive experiences with eating liver
@GreekDemiGod My libido tanked on a raw vegan diet and after transitioning out of a plant-based diet I still had trouble getting my libido up and running again. I kid you not the day i first tried liver my libido was back almost instantly and it felt incredible. Now I have a consistently healthy libido even without consuming liver regularly but I thought that was an interesting story.

RE: Is supplemental d3 less likely to be more stored as fat? Compared with natural sunlight vit D?
@AndrewPeatMatrix I would take it with K2 and magnesium to optimize absorption. I always prefer sunlight but during long periods of time with little sunlight, the supplement works well.

RE: Potatoes, gas, constipation
@schemingfonzie I had trouble digesting potatoes and any starch with SIBO symptoms. When i relieved my SIBO using thyroid, antibiotics, and eating low fiber for a couple months I was able to tolerate them again

RE: Best country/location to live in
@White The swiss alps seem great. High altitude, lots of open green land, and tons of dairy farms.

RE: MTHFR - intense anxiety from methyl b vitamins
@AndrewPeatMatrix said in MTHFR - intense anxiety from methyl b vitamins:
i have mthfr, took some methyl b6 & b12, i had taken them a couple years ago daily with 0 issue. wondering why now they are causing an issue.
my first guess it get magnesium & vit D tested. Or maybe i was low on b vitamins and i took too much too soon?
Not sure what to do
B vitamins often have issues with contamination and allergens. Its better to get them from food. Eat liver and oysters often

Taking exogenous hormones on a commercial flight
Does anyone have experience taking idealabs hormones like thyroid, dht etc. on a flight. Is it ever a problem with security. Do you get questioned about it etc? How about more regulated ones like testosterone from PPL or Avg Sciences. How would you get these through security?

RE: Ideas for getting more CO2 into your everyday routine
@yerrag That last paragraph is perfectly said. In my experience hyperfixating on weight loss and thinking about it every single day is a recipe for disaster. When you dont focus on it so much and get a good routine going its quite simple to get to a healthy weight.

RE: Ideas for getting more CO2 into your everyday routine
@yerrag Yea most people dont want to hear that they need years and years to heal their metabolism. They want to know a quick fix, a fad diet, something that will make them keep of the pounds fast. But thats just not realistic.
