@jamezb46 the idea was that even though bakuchiol itself doesn't aromatize to estrogen, its estrogenic effects would essentially take the place of existing estrogen aromatized from different sources. The purpose of the AI would be to reduce aromatized estrogen elsewhere so that the bakuchiol in addition to existing hormones doesn't cause hyperestrogenic symptoms. Of course, this wouldn't be viable if bakuchiol is so estrogenic that an effective dose would exhibit an estrogenic effect greater than what would already be present. I also thought that DHEA became estrogenic at higher doses if there is already of lot of it present. Is that not true? Also, it's disappointing how Idealabs wasn't able to get a good enough Drupanol yield. Doing so would have brought them more into the lines of "exclusive supplement lab" and less of a "Sigma Aldrich rebadger". Maybe the new product has its own synthesis?

@sphagnum its probably totally fine now I just vowed to not buy stuff from them because their customer service around it sucked so bad, they refused to refund me because my bottle was expired, and that was annoying because logically the bottle being expired does not negate the fact they sold me a bad product, and secondly, I wasnt contacted properly about it, they could have sent me a letter via paper mail if I wasn't checking to see if they emailed me. The way their customer service person talked to me was just shameful from a good business perspective. I just dont have time for companies run by, staffed by people like that. for k2 I just buy it from idealabs, who get it from sigma or some other reputable supplier and just mix it in oil and bottle it. the only reason I do this instead of buying the powder myself and doing it is apparently k2 mk4 powder is sensitive to light and im too lazy to setup a darkroom mixing apparatus or something. im assuming idealabs mixes it in a darkroom if its required but I have no idea as no details like this are ever given. If I found out HN has some sort of amazing pregnenolne now I would cope and buy it, but they are just selling microbially produced pregnenolone, which isn't that big of a deal. I mean it's cool, and great and all, but I haven't seen any proof that microbially produced preg makes a better end product, and secondly it's funny actually because microbially produced citric acid is really le bad according to peaters.

Ok, I have something interesting to report. Yesterday I started with 20 drops in the morning like I've been doing since last Wednesday. However, later in the day I did 5 more due to some exercise earlier and some potential evening stress (A Christmas Carol play). Then I followed up with 5 more drops right before bed. I'm not sure if it was the 6 keto p4 or not, but I slept very soundly. Note that I also don't know what the half life of this stuff is. Anybody here know the half life?

@Milchkanne Speaking as an American, I had one package confiscated by Customs back in 2020 or 2021. Probably because it had Ivermectin. They sent me a notice asking me for a bunch of paperwork. I didn't respond. Then they just went ahead and destroyed it. They said that because I'm an individual, not a company, I don't have to pay for the cost of the destruction. More recently I ordered medication from an Indian pharmacy. It was nothing controversial. This was just after the Trump administration said that they were putting all packages through customs. The de minimis rule was over. Drugs require prescription with the drug and all of that. Despite all that, I got it in about six weeks. It should have taken about two weeks, but it took six weeks. I did actually get it. I probably would consider ordering overseas again. I think they're probably just so backed up and busy they're just letting packages through anyway.

Been taking deus t3 and t4 for a couple of weeks and it is complete garbage. Probably no t3 or t4 in them what so ever. Dont buy

@basebolt Thank you for this! Great thoughts! I have tried being consistent with the aspirin. I did it every day for between 2 and 3 months once, and it was the stinkiest period of my life, lol. Hopefully the coq10 will help. I’m about to get bloodwork done, but my temps would suggest that my thyroid is okay but perhaps not great. My waking temps between 96.8 and 97.3 or thereabouts. My temps throughout the day are solid though. I’m taking cynomel, magnesium glycinate, thiamine, and P-5-P.
