I suggest reading the text about azetidine and MBP . MBP is important myeline protein rich in proline. Proline substitution by azetidine changes its function.
Proline,"queen of aminoacids" is heavily produced in pregnancy.
Pregnancy on azetidine could end with weaker myelin function.
Gluten and caseine are good sources of proline but it requires stomach acid production and gut digestion, next -carboxypeptidase/dipeptidylpeptidase or we can have problems with glutomorphins/casomorphins.
