Here's a good video on blueberries. This guy tested a bunch of different blueberries from German supermarkets and saw some interesting results. For example Anthocyanin content was 7 times higher in some organic brands. And many more,check it out. He also linked a study that showed People with the highest intake of anthocyanins, had a 32% lower chance of dieing and a 38% lower chance of getting heart disease. @wester130 Not sure why it would be dangerous. I may be mistaking Exemestane for a different compound (anastrozole) - but it may lower IGF-1 levels which is probably not ideal if you're in the normal range already. AFAIK DHEA's main/only concern is aromatization, which Exe does a good job at keeping at bay. It would be best if you knew what your estrogen levels were prior to doing this or at least testing after you're through this to see if you're too high. Odds are you likely won't crash it with 3mg exe. You may consider the whole cycle is "pointless" if you don't have an end goal and reason in mind to take these. I don't expect an already healthy person to see a large upside to this protocol. Maybe I'm wrong and someone else knows better though

I forget where I read this, but purely by memory I recall any granulated sugar, not specifically noted as being "cane sugar", such as Walmart's store brand sugar, is made from beets, which is cheaper to produce because it is beets and not cane sugar. So, I've blindly followed this, and have looked specifically for "cane sugar" on packaging, thinking it to be better. I realize to those more in the know this may simply be stupid, and at the least ignorant, reasoning, but sometimes time and opportunity allow for just winging it on some things, and gleaning what you can when you can. @sunsunsun yep it has a really short half life too, just from experience, my skin stays yellow and it cakes up / forms a layer on my skin that I can scrape off. So I doubt it absorbs transdermally in ethanol. You could let the ethanol evaporate and dissolve it in DMSO though

@CrumblingCookie megadosing ghkcu is literally proven suboptimal by the studies , and ghk base and ghkcu are interchangeable. the former will just pick up cu in serum. thats all.

@engineer I am all for modafinil but its the opposite of peaty lol. Saying Modafinil is peaty is like saying estradiol is peaty. But its a great drug that actually works. Increases all transmitters and excitatory molecules, with a good safety spectrum. No deaths atributed to it I think and some kid took 4 grams of it I believe and lived to tell the tale.
