https://youtu.be/20h3vZDi-nI?si=DBG2lYdyoCOaZpCE Here's an interview between Elwin Robinson (lurked RPF for awhile) and the creator of "HG7" (silly name given by some forum members) Tried it for a week and liked how it made me feel. It's true what you may have read in the big thread: large doses of these vitamins/minerals by themselves would destroy you, but work great in the ratios provided on the forum. Honestly no different than the many experiments done in the past on RPF. I mean, the way I found RPF was Haidut's thread on megadosing Vit. E going somewhat viral on other health forums lol.

Hardest part is sealing the neck to prevent gas leak. Can use large trashbags like posters did on the old RPF.

@Milchkanne I injected some 8 month old peptides that were sitting in my fridge. Didn’t get any injection site reactions but felt extremely weird after. Panic attack the next day and low blood pressure. Would not recommend

Perhaps a simple sulphur soap would help? I think alternating between this and tallow soap would be good.

@CharlieLover123 I think manifacturers have som type of process and rules on the mg dosing per pill. It's a bit of a hassle if you buy 100mg HCL and plan on taking 600mg+. HCL is the ''weakest'' of them all, but personally it makes me feel great. Benfotiamine and Sulbutiamine give more energy and require less dosage than HCL. I think its 300mg+ for Benfo and Sulbu and 50mg+ for TTFD. TTFD unlike any other crosses the blood-brain barrer and has more benefits on theory, but supplmenting,as some people said, requires more nutrients

Also consider the phosphate to calcium ratio Peatbot.com: The phosphate to calcium ratio is important because it plays a crucial role in various physiological processes and can impact health in several ways: Bone Health: Calcium and phosphate are essential components of bone. An appropriate balance between these two minerals is necessary for maintaining bone density and strength. An imbalance, such as excess phosphate relative to calcium, can lead to bone loss or decalcification, as phosphate can activate processes that remove calcium from bones. Soft Tissue Calcification: When there is an excess of phosphate, it can lead to the deposition of calcium phosphate crystals in soft tissues, such as blood vessels, which can contribute to conditions like arteriosclerosis. This is because phosphate can promote calcification in soft tissues, which is undesirable. Cellular Function: Phosphate ions in cell water can modify ion selectivity, affecting the uptake of other ions like sodium, calcium, and potassium. This can lead to changes in cell activation and depolarization, impacting cellular function and signaling. Mitochondrial Function: Increased phosphate levels can decrease mitochondrial energy production, leading to lipid peroxidation and activation of inflammatory processes. This can contribute to tissue atrophy, fibrosis, and cancer. Hormonal Regulation: Phosphate levels can influence the activity of hormones such as parathyroid hormone, which regulates calcium and phosphate metabolism. High phosphate levels can increase parathyroid hormone activity, leading to inflammatory diseases and bone loss. Dietary Considerations: The balance of dietary phosphate and calcium is important for overall health. Excessive dietary phosphate can promote organ growth and cancer, while a deficiency can lead to increased cellular uptake of phosphate, mimicking the effects of excess dietary phosphate. Overall, maintaining an appropriate phosphate to calcium ratio is crucial for preventing various health issues related to bone health, soft tissue calcification, cellular function, and hormonal regulation.

@Korven I just did a cycle of t3 and I too feel pretty horrible in general, much better off the meds. I say work on your metabolism through diet and lifestyle and leave the thyroid meds out unless you’re actually clinically hypo.

Just reporting back here that my first experience with micellized D3 did not go well. Was really hoping this would be the trick to getting D3. Unfortunately, I felt anxious and very off, then a typical malaise. I believe the anxiety was due to some hormonal change, to use a very unscientific description. The one thing different from most other supplements, especially fat-based D3, was that the heavy malaise did not last long at all, where it usually always does — days. When I get the courage, I'll try this again.
