Feeling a lot less estrogenic. I feel as though prolactin and estrogen have plummeted for me. I no longer have any desire for porn, I looked at it a few days in a row and it did nothing for me so I just didn’t watch it. Instead I find myself wanting to seek real connection and thinking about long term goals and relationships. This is definetly a positive, you could say I was addicted to porn.

RE: Conditional problems with vitamin A: a place for sane discussions
I believe it may be an estrogen problem for most of these people. All the papers by Mawson I've read seem to point towards an increase in retinoic acid at the particular diseased site, or a dis-regulation of retinoid signalling like in glioblastoma.
From this Ray article it seems estrogen is responsible for triggering certain inflammatory immune response like the chitinase enzymes etc. I wouldn't be surprised if it did the same with retinoic acid needlessly at the site of inflammation.
I think a lot of their benefits are as you say blunting the immune response but also I'd add a reduced endotoxin load. They all seem to do bad ("detox reactions") without any binders.

Been there man trust me. I'm still experimenting and not fully there, for me it seemed that increasing my calcium and Vitamin D has helped a lot. Also trying to reduce endotoxin, getting in binders like the carrot salad or mushrooms everyday.
Fixing nutrient deficiencies with foods like liver.
I used to not feel real, my heart would beat out of my chest and I'd get that impending doom as well as eye floaters(I still somewhat get) and feeling like I'm high or something. I still think the biggest thing that's helped has been Vitamin D and increased calcium as well as occasional liver. Make sure its a good Vitamin D supplement, Danny Roddy has an example that I bought from premier labs.
Really can't speak for you man I know it's tough but keep experimenting and try not fall into fads like I did because it will only prolong your recovery. Also try your best to not let health issues get in the way of your life.

RE: Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating
Yea a lot of white supremacist nonsense on that aesthetic thread as well. should be some rules against this kinda stuff or else it will give the forum a bad rep and I assume most of the people in here don't agree with that kind of stuff.

RE: Fixing my problems
In recent days I have been supplementing Vitamin D at 5000IU per day and getting a lot of calcium in through milk and cheese and leafy greens.
I have noticed it seems to increase my metabolic rate a lot. My acne quickly returned and leukoplakia seems worse when I supplement D and eating liver only clears it up to an extent now. Is this a sign I need more liver/vitaminA or should I lay of the D for a while?
I think I need more zinc as well but I am awaiting an arrival of oysters as I'd rather not supplement.
If anyone has any insight on this it would be appreciated.
Also taking occasional small doses of Niacinamide and thiamine throughout the day.

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
Controlled demolition of the RPF has succeeded.

Ray turned almost vegetarian towards the end of his life. He was cutting out the inflammatory proteins. I’ve noticed myself that methionine content of beef or whatever protein is in eggs has a slight inflammatory effect, but it mostly feels like a drop in blood sugar to me especially with eggs.

Not for new members anyway. I assume he will keep old members but slowly fade them out

RE: Fixing my problems
I’d agree it’s an improvement. I realised I’m 100 fold more outgoing and can easily talk to people with feeling very little to no anxiety, it’s a very nice feeling that I’ve never really experienced before

RE: Fixing my problems
Noticing new effects from eggs. So my hands get very warm after eggs now. I think because I finally have adequate vitamin A stores now I am able to convert a lot more into steroid hormones. Muscles in my fore arm feel swole just 10 minutes after. Good stuff.
My vision seems to be improving.
Maxilla has moved forward (I think this is related to my vision as well)
Skin smoother
Mental patterns changing as well slightly. I feel less autistic and more outgoing but I’m also thinking a lot less like my brain just doesn’t want to think or maybe obsess over random crap anymore. Not sure if this is a sign of things getting better but it’s definitely a change. It feels like my head shape is more similar to what I remember it being like as a child, maybe I am reverting back to that child like state which is good.
Also experimenting with the occasional apple to clear bile Incase I have any toxins that need removed.
Was getting bad reactions from oats so I stopped them.
I think I am more sensitive to adrenaline now because I seem to notice it a lot more (maybe a sign that thyroid function is returning).

@noseleather
Have you tried Haidut a brand? That stuff used to knock me out -
RE: The relation between vitamin B6 and the unsaturated fatty acid factor
Didn’t Ray say your body will produce mead acid (omega-9) in the presence of a PUFA deficiency

RE: Estrogenic effects from t3 and progesterone
@vocedilegno I agree with this here. Don’t supplement it if you’re getting adverse reactions. Find what works. Maybe low dose Niacinamide if your trying to get your temps up

RE: Estrogenic effects from t3 and progesterone
Many supplements are allergenic

Do you eat liver and oysters? And do you get enough calcium Vit D and magnesium?
Those are the questions
