@wester130 Yea I saw Danny Roddy's post on that. I do agree that it can be hard to accurately dose but I feel like that's true for any sort of thyroid supplementation. It takes trial and error.

Tyromix Results and Review
Earlier this year I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and fatty liver. I discovered ray peat and began having Milk, Cheese, OJ, Eggs, Fruits, Gelatin, Coffee etc. while limiting pufa. I was able to reverse my fatty liver and increase thyroid production doing this but i was still hypo. I began supplementing tyromix starting at 1/2 Grain and slowly increasing. Im now taking 2 full Grains and i feel like a new person. Temps around 99 and pulse around 100 bpm. My TSH suppressed below <0.01. Really hot and energetic all the time. Just wanted to let you guys know this is really powerful stuff and works incredibly well.

RE: Any experiences with DHT?
@Sugar Did you notice any physical changes. Masculine features? Strength? Muscle Growth? Or did it only affect mood

11-Keto-DHT
11KDHT is a potent androgen with a high AR-agonist activity. I was curious of the safety of supplementing. Anyone have experience with the substance? Is it suppresive to natural production? Any possible side effects?
Some potential benefits include:
Anti-Cortisol - lower catabolism, lower stress,
Anti-Prolactin - lower anxiety, anti-depressive
Anti-Aromatase - lower Estrogen
Highly Androgenic - Dimorphism, masculinity, maybe anabolic (unlikely at the common dosages), lower inhibition, higher libido, more energy, Androgenic growth
Anti-Serotonin - Anti-Depressive, more T production -
RE: Bloo Review
@jamezb46 I definitely notice other positive effects from topical application. Mood Boost, Increased Confidence, Muscle Relaxation, Stable Energy etc. If i have an imflamed muscle I will apply some and it recovers quite quickly. It's also useful for skincare.

RE: Its been 3 weeks now since I started to eat ultra low PUFA
@Ray-Peat-Fanboy I tried a PUFA Depletion "potato" diet similar to this, it tanked my mood and libido. I developed several signs of nutrient defficiencies like sensitive teeth, dry skin, brittle nails, easy brusing. I dont reccomend going this extreme. With time you can slowly deplete pufa using skim milk, oysters, liver, fruit, coconut oil etc.

Peaty Video Games?
What video games do you guys enjoy if you play? Videogames can be highly dopaminergic and anti-serotonin, if they encourage creativity and avoid too much routine. Which video games align with Ray Peat's principles or would be considered Peat approved. Some that come to mind are Minecraft and the Portal series.

RE: Bloo Review
@noodlecat59 I haven't had any issues with staining. My towel is blue though if I touch it with bloo hands lol.

RE: Bloo Review
@NotShanalotte I use the standard one tablespoon in 4oz warm water. Rinse it through my hair a couple times and massage in the scalp. Make sure to leave it in for a bit and don't wash out too soon. I haven't ran out yet of my first package.

Bloo Review
Ive been testing out Bloo in my hair to help dandruff and itchy scalp. My experience has been quite positive. It's a great alternative to conventional shampoo. I was a little sceptical going in but it works really well. Not only does it feel incredibly relaxing, but it also helps to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and promote better circulation. After using it for just a few weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my hair. Plus, it’s so easy to use and store. No affiliation btw

RE: Peaty Ice Cream recipes
@oliveoil For the peat recipe he said you dont even need one because of the high saturatrd fat content it goes solid at room temp. I'd say its worth it but thats only if ur obsessed with icecream like me
