@war4512 But is this fully physiological? You can take the supplements and have the diet. But will that really help you from stopping from over identifying with your thoughts?
Thats why I think you can train yourself to break the self destructive OCD thought loop. I haven't confirmed this yet but I am going to try before I really on crutches.

Inability to look inward severe OCD
As of currently my dad is a narcissist who takes stimulants and my mom is emotionless zombie from her SSRI intake.
It is important I mention they are both hypo although my mom might not be anymore.
My parents have always followed the mainstreams health advice so it is no surprise I have turned out a very unhealthy kid.
Although I do not blame them they just did what they thought was best.
"The road to hell is paved by good intentions"
Is a quote I can relate to not only to my parents but to my OCD.
My OCD has a good intention of keeping me safe and doesn't want me to feel anything negative. So it sends me thoughts about things I need to do to be safe and avoid pain. But trying to keep up with this is a hellish life filled with stress unsatisfaction guilt and shame.
Although I do think the cause of my OCD was inorganic that of my many childhood vaccinations and psychiatric medications which I now no longer intake I do wonder if it is a curse of the virtuous.
My Mom rarely acknowledges the troubles in out day to day life and thinks it is best to not think of them.
It is like when a ostrich sticks there head in the sand to avoid a storm.
Yet my mom must have forgotten the calm after the storm.
I have constantly tried to convince my parents to not follow the mainstreams advice but they wont listen to me because I am mentally unstable. I tell them We are victims and they surely must view me as the bear the bear of bad news. They tell me all these issues only effect me because I choose to think about them, that I'm getting in my own way. -
RE: "Orthorexic Sequence" – My Personal Experience with OCD
@war4512
I suffer with OCD as well. I know part of it is physiological but part of it seems to fall in m own hands with how I react to my thoughts. I have let my OCD grow in the unconscious for far too long and have had manic states lately. I am surrounded b people in poor health. My family just follows the massmedias agenda eating PUFA getting shots etc. I try to stay healthy but the food supply is so poor and my obsessive thinking doesnt help. I have heard of somatic illiness and I wonder if thats what OCD does sometimes. I do worry my OCD is a sign of a serious endocrine problem but I also know OCD loves to try and look for ways to protect you.

Is a good qoute for describing western medicine and OCD.
Western medicine people go into the profession to help people. But really they are just people who obey whatever they are told and are gaslighted into thinking they are helping people.
OCD on the other hand wants to keep you to not feel any pain and keep you safe 24/7 so it always trys to give you something to worry about but really it just drives hellish stressful living trying to keep up withing being safe or not feeling pain.
I am only now starting to acknowledge it but I am going to try my best to learn to live with it. Part of my decline into this manic states is because I convinced my parents to let me stop taking the ssris. Which all psychiatric drugs are poisons and crutches and never solve anything. Sadly from 14-17 I was on them but now I am free. I do know one person who had a brain surgery to treat there OCD. But I am going to try to treat it by retraining my brain and reverse engineering the problem. Function builds structure right even if its bad right? (obsessive thinking)
So I think Ill give it a shot in stopping it from continue to grow and strengthen and eventually rethread it. -
Depopulation agenda what is the long term goal?
So there is obviously a depopulation agenda.
endocrine disrupters, EMFs, PUFA, Chemtrails all these things that cause people to die and have to give a fat check to the healthcare system to live for a few more years.
But what is the goal keep only the best humans alive? Depopulation then repopulation? I don't understand the goal. Maybe its a resource thing and they don't have enough resource to enslave a huge population yet? Although it seems like they already have with all the sickness today. -

RE: What do you guys think of Trump now that he won
@natureman This blew me away!
I honestly wouldn't be surprised its just the new world order mocking us. Trump is a false profit and not Christian. -
RE: Thoughts on Lion's Mane and whether or not it's peaty?
@secondkelping I think it can have a PFAS/PSSD effect where when you stop taking it there is adverse events also know as a iatrogenic reaction.

Floaters in eye?
What is this a sign of? Mine aren't necessarily white they are clear but resemble all sorts of shapes and some days are worse then others. I may be possible Hyperparathyroid so I'm not sure if that has to do with it? I'm not really sure what would be causing floaters in my eyes.
Anyone have experience with them? -
What foods are you eating fr thanksgiving.
I'm going to make some sweet potato's with maple syrup and creme.
Aside from turkey what are you guys having? -
RE: Higher sugar consumption causing sweet smelling urine
@bantoidbelittler Look to the liver? or the thyroid? Or the Parathyroid The kidneys . Try lowering fat. I am going something similar to you the excessive thirst and urination and my labs didnt show diabetes but it showed elevated calcium which is most likely CKD or hyperparathyroid. Anyway the calcium in the blood can cause insulin resistance like symptoms. What has helped for me is lower fat, protien and salt intake. I have mainly been eating bread and butter yogurt and trying to avoiod phosphrus foods. Also taking vit E things have got a bit better but I still dont know what im dealing with. Also sometimes you have to take a step back from it for a day or two unless seer symptoms because the stress from obsessing about it will drive the sickness.

Fish oil causes cancer in dogs. Suggestions?
Ray peat citated this in one of his articles.
That dogs fed cod liver oil were 20x times more likely to get cancer.
My mom currently feeds our young pup "The farmers dog"
Which is apparently all raw food.
Except the catch is it has insane amounts of fish oil in it.
I think they cook it in fish oil before hand as well.
thefarmersdog.com
Now my mom I don't blame her for this she has just been gaslighted by the mainstream into thinking this is healthy for our dog.
Our dog is generally skinny but has insane amounts of fat around the neck.
She is always begging for our food and is low energy and nervous all the time. Also she snores due to the fat around her neck.
I want to tell my mom we need to change our dogs diet but I don't know how. Do you guys have any studies you could show me to prove this to my mom? I cant find any on google.
Also any dog food ideas or brands would be welcome.
-Thanks -
RE: Hyperparathyroid at 17 in a bind
@yerrag Yeah I would describe myself as acidic now. I have really bad sleep and low t so that adds to it.
So I should check creatine clearance test, check pth vit d and ionized calcium?
I want to see if the kidney or PTH came first. I do think PTH is more likely but I wonder if it is curable naturally once I get DJS and am able to get a goods night sleep and low stress. However if its a ademona n the PT then I would assume not?
My salvia feels thick and sulphury and I would call it a unquenchable dry mouth/thirst. If I don't drink water I get a burning in my right side. I also have very foamy urine I am worried it is something more severe such as cancer etc. If it is I will use it as a opportunity. I am going to get blood drawn again in a week or so so ill make another thread then. I also am going to chec t3 t4 and some other things -
RE: Hyperparathyroid at 17 in a bind
Also I dont know if its my kidneys or parathyroid that is the main issue that started this they are still checking my kidneys this is hard to deal with

Hyperparathyroid at 17 in a bind
So I though for the longest time that I had diabetes because I was adding sugar into my diet and it was not working. However my parents finally took me to the doctor and they are saying its hyperparathyroid as I had high calcium in my blood and normal blood sugar. Although I am still paranoid about the diabetes because I have insane excessive thirst but I think it is because my kidneys are starting to go due to having elevated PTH phosphate fatty acids etc for a long time. Im not sure what other issues I have yet. I also seem to have quite low testosterone but this could be for many reasons as I have sleep disordered breathing so i wake up gasping for air a few times a night. Im not sure if it was the kidney or High PTH that came first to be honest or if its something completely different. Im so unsure of what to eat. If anyone has been in a situation like this please give some recs.
What food, supplements etc should I be consuming.
'
I am trying to limit protein and fat because of the kidneys. I also cant seem to handle sugar. So im thinking so far Kale seems to be safe for me. but im not sure what else to eat. I need to keep pth low but also be mindful of my kidneys this feels impossible.
I can post my blood test results later and I will probably see an endocrinologist soon.
