In my blog of making predictions thru occultism, mostly active from 2020 to roughly 2023/24, I had stated a few times they would want to squeeze people out of the coastal areas. I think they started with FL destruction already, and Cali. I would predict in the next 5 to 10 yrs, we'll see something for NYC, as a big one. The first soft run for that was COVID CON, making a lot of fearful sheep run out of NYC.

(I'm deleting my original post because I don't think I'm properly relaying the argument. I'm recalling it from years back, and am not doing it justice. I'll re-post if it comes completely back to me.)

Valid angle beside a laugh to be fair. Gut permeability, endotoxin and peristalsis issues have coincided with psychological changes in my broscience self experiments.

You have too much time to think. Your day should be so busy with productive things to do that you don't have time to think about these things or doom scroll on the web. You should be so tired at night that you go to bed, sleep and be ready for the next day.
I know this to be true, I'm old, my parents were WWII traumatized so don't think I had it easy.

I don't know if you can find Dr. Mercola and Strong Sista's videos on how bad PUFA is.

I prefer Strong Sista's as Dr. Mercola is getting old and he is starting to wonder off the subject or ger too detailed, and unaware he has lost the audience.

@yerrag Yeah I would describe myself as acidic now. I have really bad sleep and low t so that adds to it.
So I should check creatine clearance test, check pth vit d and ionized calcium?
I want to see if the kidney or PTH came first. I do think PTH is more likely but I wonder if it is curable naturally once I get DJS and am able to get a goods night sleep and low stress. However if its a ademona n the PT then I would assume not?
My salvia feels thick and sulphury and I would call it a unquenchable dry mouth/thirst. If I don't drink water I get a burning in my right side. I also have very foamy urine I am worried it is something more severe such as cancer etc. If it is I will use it as a opportunity. I am going to get blood drawn again in a week or so so ill make another thread then. I also am going to chec t3 t4 and some other things

@GreekDemiGod In Celsius I get around 97- low 98 temps sometimes my temps go as low as 96 though. I just want to know how , and with what I should be measuring. Im not sure how bad my thyroid is I do sort of have no lunulae and my nails are pink/purple. I also get cold after meals.

Masterjohn advises 20-25 mg per day.
I take 400 UI twice a week. Now foods Advanced Gamma E complex.
