@LiamGraves
Lemon essential oil is a good anti-nausea, similar mechanism to ginger. Can be diluted and used topically, or even orally (start with 1 drop to acclimatise and slowly increment the dose as necessary). Peppermint too can potentially help, either as tea or the essential oil used topically over the stomach area.

@Samyo
For gut, maybe Carrot salad a few times/week?
Or digestive enzymes (hard to find ones not sourced from aspergillus! - except bromelain and papain)
Or... ox bile / betaine hcl ...just be careful with the dose if you do try. Start low.Find relevant info on rpf using this google search:

RE: Medikinet drug, whats the main mechanism?
Seens it primarily increases dopamine, (and norepinephrine a bit also) which would lower prolactin and serotonin (two stress related substances iirc).
Alternatives...
- boost metabolism (mitochondria repair etc)
- boost dopamine
- lower serotonin and prolactin
- lower cortisol/ACTH/(estrogen?) aka anti-stress
Some quotes on Medikinet:
Medikinet is an extended-release methylphenidate medication, while Ritalin is a short-acting methylphenidate medication
Methylphenidate primarily acts as a norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI).
Methylphenidate is a psychostimulant and increases the activity of the central nervous system through inhibition on reuptake of the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine.
Methylphenidate is most active at modulating levels of dopamine (DA) and to a lesser extent norepinephrine (NE). Methylphenidate binds to and blocks dopamine transporters (DAT) and norepinephrine transporters (NET).

RE: What helps improve executive function?
@pittybitty
Broadly speaking, maybe along the lines of reducing stress/cortisol/adrenaline perhaps? Also boosting dopamine (eg by lowering prolactin) and lowering serotonin (which promotes dopamine).Acetylcholine could be another area to consider, dietary choline being a key element here.

@hwisdom
Aspirin or Sodium Salicylate also can help -
RE: Seed oils in supplements
@Cezar4911
Sunflower seed oil: high in PUFA yes. Not necessarily bad, just not ideal!It could be worth (cheaper probably) to buy pure oregano oil and gelatin capsules.

Some insight from traditional Chinese medicine, that might be useful— https://acupuncturetoday.com/article/33515-does-dairy-cause-dampness
Having warm milk is ideal (key!) for supporting digestion.

@NotShanalotte interesting. I always use the normal potatoes so I will try red ones and see if its any better, thank you!
Do you tolerate any kinds of rice?
Starch can be different ratios of amylose and amylopectin, which influences how quickly it gets broken down and absorbed. -
RE: Histamine and starch
@LucyJ
Perhaps the potato lectins causing an immune response? Do you peel them before cooking? -
RE: Eating calcium acetate
Ca alpha-ketoglucarate is another good form.
@noodlecat59
Eggshell calcium is alkaline and can reduce stomach acid. But it's a good way to get calcium. -
RE: Best antihistamines natural/chemical
@Mr-X yes true... but, until your histamine processing stabilises (in a biochemical sense) and the symptoms you mentioned caused by histamine stop, it could help to temporarily reduce the bodies histamine load. So I am reffering to short-term histamine burden relief.

RE: Chicken Liver, Copper value
@alpha
White button mushrooms seem like a good source of copper also. -
RE: Best antihistamines natural/chemical
@Mr-X
Long-term also, eating less pro-histamine foods can help lower the histamine load. -
RE: Aralia elata
In traditional Chinese medicine, the roots of Aralia elata are used to treat rheumatism, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions
— https://earthpedia.earth.com/plant-encyclopedia/angiosperms/araliaceae/aralia-elata/The traditional Chinese medicine Aralia elata ... also known as Aralia mandshurica, has the effect of "tonifying Qi and calming the mind, strengthening the essence and tonifying the kidneys, and dispelling wind and invigorating blood circulation". It is used in the treatment of neurasthenia, Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency, kidney Qi deficiency, spleen Yang deficiency, water-dampness stagnation, thirst, and bruises.
...
Aralia elata saponins are the main components for the pharmacological effects. From the perspective of modern pharmacological science, Aralia elata has a wide range of effects, including anti-myocardial ischaemia and alleviation of secondary myocardium ischemic reperfusion injury by regulating ionic homeostasis, anti-tumor activity by inhibiting proliferation, promoting apoptosis and enhancing immunity, hypoglycemia and lipid lowering effects by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, and hepato-protective, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory/analgesic effects.

RE: Supplementing Vit D while breastfeeding? Good idea or naw?
Worth mentioning is that "vitamin D" is more of a steroid (hormone?) molecule than a vitamin, which could give some clues on how [safe it is] to supplement with, for an adult or developing baby.
I guess the form used would matter too (D2 / D3) and how much sunlight your daughter gets, as UV reaching the skin triggers the conversion into the active form - alluding to it being a tightly controlled process.
