So I have studied this a lot. I drink both excellent coffee and excellent tea. Tea concentrates fluoride. The older the tea leaves used, the more fluoride gets concentrated. When you pay for good quality tea, you are getting tea made from the tips, the shoots, and they are low in fluoride. If you buy cheap tea in the supermarket, it is very high in fluoride. I think there are benefits to high quality tea. And I love tea. So I drink both coffee and tea all day long. I love the Japanese Gyukuro green teas, the Oolongs from Taiwan, and the amazing Keemun and Monkey teas from China. You can also rinse the tea and discard the water, washing the tea, to get rid of stuff on the surface of the leaves. We use loose teas only, of course, and use a Taiwan glass tea pot where we pour the water in. The top has a strainer on it. You can also do what they often do in Asia. You can add tea leaves to a glass and add hot water, and avoid eating the tea leaves, and they just steep together and it’s simple. You can reuse and infuse the tea several times.

@Peatriot I used to grow produce a few years back and had some great tomato and beet harvests. Got some extra seeds from friends from anniesheirloomseeds.com These carrots look amazing. They would definitely keep the salad more interesting. Parsnips or other root vegetables might have similar effects to the carrot salad (the nisin peptide I think is the antibacterial part of carrots) I would highly recommend y'all testing the soil you grow in for heavy metals. Supposedly, some areas can contain lead or mercury in the top-soil. You can reach out to some local chemistry departments at universities for this kind of testing.

I finally bought a Sodastream and I've been adding carbonated water to orange juice as well as every tea drink that I make throughout the day.

@Fructose Is that cream cheese? Today I went to Walmart and got Whole Milk Greek Yogurt, Frozen Organic Raspberries, USDA Prime Ribeye, 8 lbs of tatoes, English Muffins, and Vanilla Ice Cream. The ice cream brand I get is mostly good besides the Guar Gum. I'm looking for a quality Feta brand that is fairly priced and not Kirkland as Costco is a racial wasteland in 2024.

Anybody have intel on the Trader Joe’s reduced fat lactose free milk? Of the milks I’ve tried it tastes the best, and despite my efforts I still have minor lactose intolerance with regular milk.

Divine!!! I make it at least once a week, usually with ground beef, after the mushrooms are seared. Also great in a puff pastry dough (normies LOVE it), thickly spread on a sourdough slice etc[image: 1706726970104-20240119_132256-2-resized.jpg]

@Goonster Ray said that the source of calcium in milk is the grass and that green vegetables hold allot of calcium and magnesium Ray however did not advise you to eat grass or raw vegetables, they need to go through a form of digestion to have their nutrition become available : cow digestive system = milk Or cooking ( which is a form of digestion) Ray also boiled green veggies and used the water as a magnesium and calcium supplement.

That’s fine. If you ever want to revert to a more orthodox style of peating, salt really cuts through the vinegar and makes the salad a nice treat

@Michigga definitely agree with the liquid calories. Drinking whole milk at meals gets me an extra 3-500 calories. Also lots of butter, olive and coconut oil
