I finally bought a Sodastream and I've been adding carbonated water to orange juice as well as every tea drink that I make throughout the day.

@Fructose Is that cream cheese? Today I went to Walmart and got Whole Milk Greek Yogurt, Frozen Organic Raspberries, USDA Prime Ribeye, 8 lbs of tatoes, English Muffins, and Vanilla Ice Cream. The ice cream brand I get is mostly good besides the Guar Gum. I'm looking for a quality Feta brand that is fairly priced and not Kirkland as Costco is a racial wasteland in 2024.

Anybody have intel on the Trader Joe’s reduced fat lactose free milk? Of the milks I’ve tried it tastes the best, and despite my efforts I still have minor lactose intolerance with regular milk.

Divine!!! I make it at least once a week, usually with ground beef, after the mushrooms are seared. Also great in a puff pastry dough (normies LOVE it), thickly spread on a sourdough slice etc[image: 1706726970104-20240119_132256-2-resized.jpg]

@Goonster Ray said that the source of calcium in milk is the grass and that green vegetables hold allot of calcium and magnesium Ray however did not advise you to eat grass or raw vegetables, they need to go through a form of digestion to have their nutrition become available : cow digestive system = milk Or cooking ( which is a form of digestion) Ray also boiled green veggies and used the water as a magnesium and calcium supplement.

That’s fine. If you ever want to revert to a more orthodox style of peating, salt really cuts through the vinegar and makes the salad a nice treat

@Michigga definitely agree with the liquid calories. Drinking whole milk at meals gets me an extra 3-500 calories. Also lots of butter, olive and coconut oil

@hootchy I was struck by this recent development and have been doing some research. The costco brand is what I drink and they say their added vitamins are a product of lanolin. Lanolin is also used in a couple other milk brands like Alexandre and OV. I'm not sure if it is better or not.
