Divine!!! I make it at least once a week, usually with ground beef, after the mushrooms are seared.
Also great in a puff pastry dough (normies LOVE it), thickly spread on a sourdough slice etc[image: 1706726970104-20240119_132256-2-resized.jpg]
@Goonster Ray said that the source of calcium in milk is the grass and that green vegetables hold allot of calcium and magnesium
Ray however did not advise you to eat grass or raw vegetables, they need to go through a form of digestion to have their nutrition become available : cow digestive system = milk
Or cooking ( which is a form of digestion)
Ray also boiled green veggies and used the water as a magnesium and calcium supplement.
@Michigga definitely agree with the liquid calories. Drinking whole milk at meals gets me an extra 3-500 calories.
Also lots of butter, olive and coconut oil
@hootchy I was struck by this recent development and have been doing some research. The costco brand is what I drink and they say their added vitamins are a product of lanolin. Lanolin is also used in a couple other milk brands like Alexandre and OV. I'm not sure if it is better or not.
