@mariatheresa For 100ml you would need 10g niacinamide ph. eur. 1g zinc PCA ca. 85ml clean, filtered, distilled water as base (you could also use rosewater but that might reduce its shelf-life idk; make sure to heat it up 80°C) add ingredients once its cooled down, whisk & store in 30ml bottles voilà

I know of one person that it happens to, the smell concentrates in their armpits. Distinct but not obnoxiously so like the other body odor. I recommended trying DIY baking soda wipes but it seems it's only a partial solution. This person's next solution will be to conclude their high dose protocol then experiment with lower doses including other B1 forms, possibly even low dose sublingual mononitrate.

Agree about the aluminum. But haidut uses LDPE bottles for idealabs, and has tested various products for leaching, including ones in DMSO, and there was none. And in general i thought it's among the safer types of plastic, no?

I used to favor jumbo eggs since double yolks were somewhat common and it was cost effective as a bonus. Double yolks have become increasingly rare for me now so there goes that tactic.

@happyhanneke if you expect to keep it a while then you can move it to an airtight glass container. But if you use it at a normal pace then i wouldn't concern myself with it too much.

@apeiron I've never had the chance to use these gels, as my running days are behind me as I lost interest in it when I got convinced it's nor peaty and I never had a runner's high. Plus, I haven't needed external metabolism nor fasting to keep myself in a good build and in normal weight. It would be good to know what's used in making the mixture gel, and whether it is beneficial or harmful to our well-being.

I take 0.5mg lithium orotate from time to time and it helps with panic attacks. If I take it more that twice a week it seems to lose it's effect. I have high whole blood histamines and from what I've read is that high histamine causes high glutamate activity in the brain. Lithium helps to dampen a glutamate storm from what I understand (I'm no expert). If I feel my head getting hot, panic setting in and uncontrollable rumination, Lithium helps with that. If my anxiety is more of a "body high" with heart palpitations, it doesn't help with that.

@jamezb46 Who knows how really safe something like methylated androsterone would be on a daily basis. I think oral/sublingual androsterone works pretty well on it's own. I've heard of sublingual Anavar being used as a pre-workout. Whether the damage of oral steroids is related to estrogen or not, which I'm not sure I buy that, I'd still be wary of taking oral steroids for a long period of time and or at a high dose.
