@jamezb46 Who knows how really safe something like methylated androsterone would be on a daily basis. I think oral/sublingual androsterone works pretty well on it's own. I've heard of sublingual Anavar being used as a pre-workout. Whether the damage of oral steroids is related to estrogen or not, which I'm not sure I buy that, I'd still be wary of taking oral steroids for a long period of time and or at a high dose.

Haidut mentioned: PUFA and Endotoxin (LPS) Inhibit Vitamin D and Thyroid Transport / Activity Polyunsaturated but not saturated fatty acids were able to decrease the binding of thyroxine to TBG (thyroxine-binding globulin). Arachidonic but not palmitic acid decreased the binding of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25-OHD3) to human DBP. "...In non-thyroidal illness, however, high concentrations of FFA were probably responsible for most of the abnormal thyroxine-binding to TBG.” FFA = Free fatty Acid.

You need a liposoluble form to assimilate vitamin by the skin. Benfotiamine for example. Make a search with: benfotiamine transdermal.

@SerotoninSkeptic Can't say I'm an expert with preg. I'd look on the old forum. I've taken up to 100mg/day of vitacost's. Definitely not the best source. Felt relaxed, colors more vivid, time seemed to slow.

I take once a week 10 000 UI retinyl pamitate (softgel). I manage so: breakfast Vit A (with fat) midday with K2 (1 drop K2 MK4 = 1 000 mcg). High dose fat is needed (optimal at 35 gr fat). Evening meal: 5 000 UI D3. (2 000 UI in summer time if outside) Useful info: Vitamin K uses the same pathway as Vit E. , High-dose vitamin K could contribute to vitamin E deficiency. Idem for glutathion (a small portion of vitamin K is broken down to a compound known as menadione. Menadione must be neutralized, with glutathion). Source: Masterjohn and Mito on RPF.

La Farmacia del Niño ships to the US. In my experience it takes about one month for items to arrive.

@AinmBeo - Like most things the more the better , but only up to a point. I have alot of high fat dairy in my diet and my BMI and my BMI is 21.5. C15 and C17 in dairy may account (at least in part) for the dairy paradox. The dairy fat paradox: Whole dairy products may be healthier than we thought ↑ What is “already known” in this topic: The most dietary guidelines recommending the increased consumption of low fat or fat-free dairy products. → What this article adds: The dairy fat intake is not typically accompanied with a higher risk of weight gain, CVD, or type II diabetes in healthy persons within the range of the recommended calorie intake.
