@AlphaZance I don’t really buy much from Muslim dominated countries tbh. when i do it’s from somewhere that is arab but moderate, like tunisia. supporting indonesian muslims is worse because southeast asians larping as people of the abrahamic books is too cringe for me.

In EU, Biogena B Komplex is quite good and well dosed. Contains active form of B6, and methylated b9 and b12.

@sunsunsun Yes. Not rub it, just get it in there with a couple of taps.

@z_pav Their bottles suck for other reasons. The camphosal bottle cracked and leaked (not sure if I did this from over-tightening or something in the formula makes the plastic brittle) and the mitolipin squeeze bottle is entirely useless, and the rate at which other things dispense hasn't remained consistent due to either formulations and thus viscosity changing or the dropper hole size changing. Despite this and other issues like sending the wrong item I still order from them due to the novel products and the research Haidut does.

@basebolt I’ll have to give lithium another try. I got some (orotate) to try and easy ADHD symptoms. I didn’t notice anything drastic, but maybe I didn’t get the dose right. Was doing 5mg daily.

@LucH no, and also wasn't going heavy on milk which has d3. I think it's mostly from taking 600mg or more daily for about 2 - 3 weeks. I've also noticed occasionally easy bruising on legs or arm when taking aspirin.

Just came across this reply of peat’s. Another time he says he thinks large doses of any modified p4 can be dangerous Post in thread 'Ray Peat Email Advice Depository' https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/ray-peat-email-advice-depository.1035/post-358649 _ Do you think the addition of keto groups to hormones can make them negative and why? I remember that in the past you told me you wouldn't use them. _ Yes, I think large doses of any modified progesterone could be harmful to the brain.

@MagicBold yeah wouldn’t go near anything like finasteride. This might help anyone who might have unknowingly taken it. Thread 'Finasteride causes gut inflammation, high serotonin, low dopamine; allopregnanolone may treat' https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/finasteride-causes-gut-inflammation-high-serotonin-low-dopamine-allopregnanolone-may-treat.48844/ “..All in all, finasteride is one nasty substance and there is now significant evidence to support a class-action lawsuit against pharma companies peddling this poison, considering the systemic damage that persists long-after after finasteride has been discontinued, and likely remains until the appropriate treatment (e.g. ALLO + DHT + dopamine agonist) has been administered.”
