I’ve read that some take Cynomel. Others take Cynoplus
Since Cynomel is only T3. I’m wondering what the advantage of this is?
I thought it’s more advisable to take T3 and T4 which is what cynoplus has.

I’d like to see updates on how it’s going with the ones trying this out.
I stopped for now because I’m not ready to eat the much glucose. I need to get used to allowing myself to eat sugar/carbs without guilt.
I definitely want to try it again later on

My body temp is good but my thyroid does not work well. I understand that in my case this is probably due to high cortisol,
I have been strict with my diet for 6 months and am going to start a thyroid supplement soon. See what happens.

I don't know what country you are in but I always buy ivermectin injectable from revival animal. You can take it orally. It's only an injectable to make sure you give the right amount for large farm animals. But it's the same stuff you would buy for people.

Very interesting story. There's plenty of raw milk and other dairy available where I live. But it's always (as far as I've seen) full fat.
Is that what you bought?
Also did any of this make you gain a lot of weight?

I like it where I live. Central Washington State. Beautiful scenery and lakes. Lots of fruit and vegetables. We grow our own. Dry high desert but plenty of cheap water because of the Columbia river.
My power bill is never more than $40. Even running the A/C all day with 100 degree days. Also because all the rivers and dams, power doesn't have to travel far.
WA is not just Seattle which completely sucks, not even worth a visit anymore in my opinion.

If I I would have to live cheaper I would probably go to elevation in Mexico or any other central/south american country. That way there will be lots of produce and moderate climate.

I'm from the Netherlands and wouldn't go back. But I also love it there, so that's a two edged sword.

I've also lived in Canada, Italy, and Israel. I certainly would never go back to live in Canada.

A friend of mine is coming back from Mexico and will bring me back some Cynomel and Cynoplus.

If he goes to a pharmacy will it be enough to just mention these meds or are there differences in dosages?

I looked the meds up on a mexican online pharmacy and the below options came up.

I know of 2 people who had to move away from living on high altitude because of deteriorating health due to this.
One in Colorade and the other in Utah. Both lived at 7000 feet.
How does that fit into this?

I'm trying the smarties as well. But they make me nauseous quickly. I don't have that with the sugar water.

It actually went really well. It's a new dentist and she used to be a navy dentist. She doesn't believe in all kinds of extra stuff and she has no issue with declining X rays.
She also said that I did not need a crown which my last dentist said I needed 6 months ago. She said if it doesn't bother you it's fine. I like her.
I guess all my worry for nothing.

I don't like x rays at the dentist and I seem to be always talked into them.

I'm going in again tomorrow 7 am. I have no problem telling my medical doctor what I want but when it comes to the dentist I'm just super scared. Not for the person but for any procedure.

Yes I do now. It definitely makes a difference.

I'm just concerned to suggest it to someone else with masses in his colon that shouldn't start bleeding. I read in previous studies that aspirin does not cause bleeding but for me this definitely was the case.
This family member is really in a bad state so I'm not sure if it's even worth it anymore.

I'm not sure where you live but where I live in the US most of the chocolate milk has carrageenan in it. I make my own with the below brand. It's pricey but has nothing weird in it.
When it comes to chocolate bars, you have to try Theo chocolate. No soy lecithin and very tasty.
