@OliverCloasov @Cicero I'm looking into hyaluronic acid.
But, I also found a coconut oil extracted glycerin. I'm gonna play with that.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

@Cicero Interesting. Gonna research that...
it looks like aloe vera is likely estrogenic.
As per the title, looking into gels for topical application. I've posted a link in another thread about a gel containing sugar regrowing hair.
In light of a Peat quote about keeping the scalp moistened with with glucose, a gel would keep the scalp moistened way longer than my topical application, which dries up in a few minutes.
Thoughts on Gel? I've never seen Peat speak to it. I'm aware the gums are bad, but I'd like some educated opinions or quotes regarding others, like polymer gels used in meds.
Thanks!
@Jennifer simple is cool!
Yeah breads are generally fine, I’ve found good substitutes like sprouted sorghum and buckwheat, both gluten free. They just take trial and error finding the right moisture ratio, or finding a recipe that uses them. Also masa harina can be used in many bread recipes — Peat approved of course
@Cicero dang I forgot... upon continued googling I'm skeptical I was right... we'll see. of course Ray suggested keeping scalp moistened with glucose could work... AKA my water-disolved d-ribose experiment. I'll keep digging around, I may use DMSO.
I also plan to add dextrose.
@wester130 nowhere, we be makin our own, king
@Galaroc wow thanks a ton. Very appreciated. I need to dive into that research.
@Hearthfire I do wish to clarify that I don’t mean to bully others into not joining the forum. But those are my strongly worded reasons, lol.
Yes I’m experimenting with d-ribose, and will likely try adding dextrose. It would probably be cool to dig around about any benefits of fructose directly on the cell (given that’s 50% of table sugar and higher in honey).
Look forward to seeing what everyone discovers.
Ps, I’m doing a topical blend of methylene blue, niacinamide, and aspirin once or twice a day
I also just read that Ray has recommended succinic acid at 200mg twice daily in a capsule form for two weeks to clear out heavy metals. Have you heard anything about this method? Still looking into it now.
Really interested in hearing that source, too. Where did you read it?
@ThinPicking blended, boiled mushrooms, and liver, might be exactly what mr snudfill needs.
I second a Danny Roddy zoom sesh @sneedful!
@sneedful you’re the try-hard that tries to derail threads with false quotes from Danny Roddy.
Somehow I doubt you’re actually a “nigga,”which would explain so much.
@happyhanneke hah yeah. I heard that was a significant problem in Mexico City. I’m sure it’s not hard to find reputable pharmacies if you’re not trying to cut cost
@Jennifer ok nice. Thanks so much for sharing!
The bottles… however he must confirm the trustworthiness of the pharmacy, as some are lacing meds with deadly drugs…
It’s necessary to eat carbs at minima when ingesting meat. Not much. Otherwise you’ll get an insulin spike and the secretion of adrenaline and cortisol due to a lack of immediate fuel. Stressful and counterproductive.
What? Are you saying if you eat more carbs with meat, you’ll lack immediate fuel? That it’s stressful and raises cortisol and adrenaline?
