I take once a week 10 000 UI retinyl pamitate (softgel). I manage so: breakfast Vit A (with fat) midday with K2 (1 drop K2 MK4 = 1 000 mcg). High dose fat is needed (optimal at 35 gr fat). Evening meal: 5 000 UI D3. (2 000 UI in summer time if outside) Useful info: Vitamin K uses the same pathway as Vit E. , High-dose vitamin K could contribute to vitamin E deficiency. Idem for glutathion (a small portion of vitamin K is broken down to a compound known as menadione. Menadione must be neutralized, with glutathion). Source: Masterjohn and Mito on RPF.

La Farmacia del Niño ships to the US. In my experience it takes about one month for items to arrive.

@Kilgore Yeah the coconut oil is good for frying. No taste imparted by the product.

@AinmBeo - Like most things the more the better , but only up to a point. I have alot of high fat dairy in my diet and my BMI and my BMI is 21.5. C15 and C17 in dairy may account (at least in part) for the dairy paradox. The dairy fat paradox: Whole dairy products may be healthier than we thought ↑ What is “already known” in this topic: The most dietary guidelines recommending the increased consumption of low fat or fat-free dairy products. → What this article adds: The dairy fat intake is not typically accompanied with a higher risk of weight gain, CVD, or type II diabetes in healthy persons within the range of the recommended calorie intake.

Make sure you get a Purifier with air quality sensor, otherwise you won't know if it is doing anything. Overall good ventilation is best; however temperature and or outdoor air quality complicates this. I think they are best used sporadically when needed. For example during warmer months, I never use it, just leave windows open. However during Winter I noticed the air quality getting quite bad inside, especially VOCs, and so running the air filter with charcoal and hepa (no UV or Ionizer) greatly improved quality. Also it's shown running water helps clean air; this could be a budget option get a small water fountain setup at home and let it run constantly, maybe paired with just an air quality sensor to monitor things.

@CO3 Thanks sir. Yes I also enjoy stainless steel, where I live now I use stainless soup pots to cook everything just to avoid the shitty Teflon pans here. Mostly fine but sometimes a nonstick would be nice. It's a shame

@AkJono I just finished college so I finally have the money and time to wiggle around with my diet. I am trying to expand more, and am still building a foundation that's why my "peaty diet" isn't fully fleshed out currently. I do drink a lot of milk but am trying to find a way to change things up since milk as good as it is can get kind of annoying to drink towards the end of the day, especially with meals.
