@CO3 Thanks sir. Yes I also enjoy stainless steel, where I live now I use stainless soup pots to cook everything just to avoid the shitty Teflon pans here. Mostly fine but sometimes a nonstick would be nice. It's a shame

@AkJono I just finished college so I finally have the money and time to wiggle around with my diet. I am trying to expand more, and am still building a foundation that's why my "peaty diet" isn't fully fleshed out currently. I do drink a lot of milk but am trying to find a way to change things up since milk as good as it is can get kind of annoying to drink towards the end of the day, especially with meals.

@CO3 We come from different roots I suppose. Nevertheless, I feel I should state while some may put aesthetics over health, and therefore take a turn to the "dark side" (i.e gear use, "death wish," what have you), to just generalize and say all bodybuilders have a death wish is preposterous. Have greater lean mass is correlated to overall longer life. Lifting heavy weights is generally the best exercise one can do...if they're going to exercise. Long slow walks are good, but I'm not sure I'd classify that as exercise per se. Marathon runners, different story. Most of them age worse than cigarette smokers. I digress, but you get my point.

@DonkeyDude check out healthnatura.com as well 20% off of your first purchase using code "JAY" or "ANABOLOGY". I have been waiting for my order for a month from them tough and Canadian customs seem to be holding onto it.

I made some homeade Progest-E with the ePothex powder from Amazon and the Everday Beatuty D-Alpha Tocopheral, and small amount of added coconut oil, all in accordance with Dr. Peats patent. It works great and is cetainly a bit of a different feel from the Kenogen product. So maybe your issue was with the quality of the vit E or progesterone powder, or there was some error in the heating and mixing process. I think the patent calls for specific ratios and that you can only use pure D-Alpha Tocopheral or Mixed tocopherols. SuchLabs has since shut down now and im not sure why but maybe you just got a junk product.

@pannacottas the carrier oil for Forefront's product is MCT. It's only a 3% oil though.

I suspect chronic allergy problems can be caused by parathyroid dysfunction and / or low cortisol. When I had allergy issues that just progressively got worse, I found through blood testing that I had sub-optimal Vitamin D levels. When I normalized my Vitamin D levels through supplementation, my allergy problems practically disappeared for years, only to finally resurface now the past couple of weeks. My theory is that if Vitamin D is low, calcium absorption in the gut is poor, and parathyroid has to release hormone to stabilize blood calcium levels. I believe this hormone is linked to mast cell activation. My other theory is that low cortisol can cause allergies to go berserk, but I don't have much evidence to go on for that other than feels.

why don't you email them and tell them and ask them what is going on? they do high volumes and have multiple employees and if they made a mistake maybe they would be happy to fix it.

Progest-E never seemed to give me any noticeable reactions, good or bad, as a man in my early 20s. Aspirin gives me much greater benefits.
