    @pannacottas no cypro is brutal at anything over 1-2 mg for me. Prog feels good especially if u sleep the whole 9 hours you wake up rested, but while resetting sleep there may be some groginess although prolly to do w the weird cycardian and short sleep time than the prog itself. If I was sleeping at 1 am and wanted to bring back to 10 pm id do prog and then sleep through the night, dose for that is 200 mg . otherwise if the schedule is too fucked then prog can be used to nap for 2-3 hours (400 mg w no tolerance) and then sleep at say 4 pm instead of 9 am the next day ( i find it much easier to just sleep later if the schedule is too bad than bring back sleep time more of less psycholagically brutal more than physical)

    @bruh Not just thickness impacts silkyness. Hair can be thicker strands yet more silky than someone elses. This should be the goal haha. Not to take so much progesterone that you chemically castrate yourself lol, if that is possible with progesterone (I dont really think so)

He hates behind defined and pigeonholed by the term Ray Peat Diet because that has the connotations of a one size fit all approach, and he loathes such an approach because context is key. I think he isn't one to want his brand diluted by being just like the others who lack his coherence in messaging.

    @RageAchilles I don't think that the added DHEA would "do nothing" just because you're young. By that logic why wouldn't the pregnenalone also do nothing if you're not deficient? Haidut's recommendation is not to exceed 15mg DHEA per day in 3 divided doses, and to take steroids with niacinamide to increase NAD+/NADH. He has also posted that 2-3 mg of androsterone limited aromatase activity by 90%. So, taking something in the range of 10-15mg pansterone + 1-2 mg androsterone per day as a male should be ideal if you want the maximum effect.

By the way excess Vit E, K and Q10 leaves quinones but our liver has a limited capacity to deal with.
