I mean here is two specifically on treating gyno with dht, would take you 30s to search on pubmed… idk why you keep saying “tissue removal” gyno isn’t the presence of the glandular tissue, everybody has glandular tissue, it’s just the growth of that tissue - so successfully treating gyno is just reversing the growth back to an acceptable level.

@BigusDickus not true at all, glandular tissue can be catabolized just like fat and muscle tissue - it can also be catabolized before fat & muscle under certain hormonal situations such as the thymus gland in acute cortisol response. I would imagine shinkage of any tissue to occur more easily in a slight calorie deficit, so long as you're maintaining proper liver funciton.

It contains various flavonoids which act of the GABA receptors. It's been studied for its ability to improve sleep and decrease anxiety. It pairs well with chamomile in a tea.

@Neigher That looks nice, I'll have to try it. One of my favourite fragrances is Christopher Sheldrake's Serge Lutens Fille en Aiguilles and i've been looking for something similar. I love pine and forest scents.

@sunandblood I doubt you've smelled all perfumes, Ray has mentioned that high estrogen can cause over-sensitivity to smells, something about protecting the fetus from foreign substances, have you looked into this? But you're right about smelling naturally good. Really, men should not wear fragrance at all, not to mention having 'sillage'... it's sickening walking into a bar and being flooded by jeremyfragrance's top ten tiktok recomendations.

@Hitler How was nazi style eugenics actually proposed to work, other than maintaining distance between groups? It's just hard to imagine a programme managed by middle-aged polititians and scientists would benifit the production of a higher organism more so than letting the best of a people thrive under the natural laws. Also there's probably good combos of different races which would only be discovered through war and natural selection.

Generally, the higher your metabolic rate, the more water you evapourate/sweat and the less you piss, Ray actually said a good test of metabolic rate is to measure the amount of liquid you're consuming vs pissing out.

I got a CO2 fire extinguisher. You can buy expired ones for cheap and the gas is still good, a lot of people buy them for fish tanks, it's just sometimes tricky to release the CO2 in a controlled manor without a regulator or standard turn valve.

@Fructose No. It contains a strong lavender note though, so sure don't put it on your skin if you're sensitive I guess. I think the estrogenicity of a molecule is probably not harmful when just detected through olfaction. You can always just spray on clothes. Some of the best smelling molecules are very toxic though, like musk xylene and other nitro-musks in the 1980s - I think it's okay to put your health for such a nice scent tho.

Fragrances, scents & pheromones can have powerful effects on physiology. Some fragrance critics disreguard the cliche that good perfumes sexually seduce or awaken memories - but I think it's this, and even more which makes a good scent. I think it's possible to induce a person to total frenzy with the right scent.

Ray has also talked about the effect of male pheromones to cause a spike in estrogen in pregnant women and consiquently inducing spontanious abortions. There have been fascinating reports of the effects, and smell of @haidut's Androsterone and I think there's a whole language of scent/ olfaction out there that is yet to be explored.

Anyway my favourite fragrance atm is Yves Saint Laurent's La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Électrique.

It makes me feel like im in Polanski's Frantic (1998). What's your favourite fragrance/ scent?

@donovan I think so. The series goes into dozens of the main compounds used in the fragrance industry, the history behind them and features a favourite fragrance of Turin's at the start of each ep. Turin's got a serious reputation as a fragrance critic but I don't entirely agree with his judgements.

Does anyone know of any good negative ion generators avaliable in the UK/EU/AU? I bought a vintage Mountain Breeze one but it produces too much ozone. I've heard good things about Mystic Marvels and Wein devices but the former is discontinued and they're both made to run on 120V mains power anyway, not 230V like in UK/EU/AU.
