I used these guys once or twice in the past, But when they got an order wrong, I switched over to another pharmacy. I decided to try again this tim.
Welp, after I paid the Zelle, they sent me an email saying the status is unpaid. I immediately replied back and told them that I paid it, and gave my info As well as a screenshot of the Zelle payment record.
A week later, after no reply, I sent another email, repeating the same thing. They told me I showed no payment in their records, and to send me all the information I just sent them. I sent the screenshot again as well as the info typed out, but forgot to state in the text it was a Zelle payment which was to Stephencohen60@gmail.com, but that email was very clearly in the screenshot anyways…
With no explanation, they said they put me on a Customer D list, and ordered my package to be RETURN to them FROM shipping whatever that means, since this whole time, they have said I’ve not made a payment yet.
Right now in my life $120 is a lot. I know so many people in need I would rather have given that to than to frankly be screwed over by the world’s Worst customer service with the world’s most disparaging fine print details… That I don’t even think I made an error on.
I honestly wouldn’t doubt if this is one of the many legal businesses the cartels are involved in.
