@Milk-Destroyer Yeah I can't sleep if I don't add spinach, which contains loads of folate. Even if I take 450mcg of clonidine or benadryl or whatever. You mentioned that you have high adrenaline symptoms, which is similar in a way to insomnia. I might be misremembering but I'm sure you told someone on reddit not long ago that that much egg shell powder was a stupidly high dose. Have you revised your opinion on it? A case study showed that an older gentleman developed tachycardia and was found on the floor from 8-9grams of calcium carbonate. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9873449/ I have taken 30g a day. Nowerdays, when I use it, I use it in split doses with meals and take enough to get a 2:1 ratio, but currently my dietary intake is maybe a 1.1:1 C:P ratio. I think 3 grams is fine, that is roughly 1500mg Calcium.

Get a load of these Peaty MT2 studies: Antidepressant-like and antistress effects of the ACTH(4–10) synthetic analogs Semax and Melanotan II on male rats in a model of chronic unpredictable stress https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0014299924007581 "We found that chronic treatment with Semax and MTII reversed or substantially attenuated CUS-induced anhedonia, BW gain suppression, adrenal hypertrophy and a decrease in the hippocampal levels of BDNF... Our findings show that in the CUS paradigm, systemically administered ACTH(4–10) analogs Semax and MTII exert antidepressant-like effects on anhedonia and hippocampal BDNF levels, and attenuate markers of chronic stress load, at least in male rats. The results support the argument that ACTH(4–10) analogs and other noncorticotropic melanocortins may have promising therapeutic potential for the treatment and prevention of depression and other stress-related pathologies." Melanotan-II reverses memory impairment induced by a short-term HF diet https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332223009204 "A high-fat (HF) diet has been shown to increase the risk of neurological impairments and neurodegenerative disorders. The melanotropins used in this study have been associated with diet-related disorders; however, there is an absence of studies on their effect on diet-induced neurobehavioral conditions. Here, we investigated the possible relationship among diet, Melanotan-II (MT-II) targeting melanotropin receptors, and the behavior of zebrafish (Danio rerio). Surprisingly, even a short-term HF diet lasting for ∼ 1 % of the zebrafish's life had a strong developmental effect. Zebrafish fed the HF diet showed an impairment in recognition memory, elevated anxiety levels, and reduced exploratory propensity after just three weeks compared to zebrafish fed the control diet. These HF diet-induced abnormalities were reversed by MT-II. Animals fed a HF diet and treated with MT-II demonstrated recognition memory, anxiety, and exploratory behavior similar to the control group. This study provides evidence that even a short-term HF diet has an impact on memory and emotions and is the first study to show that MT-II reverses these changes." @alfredoolivas

@DKJoeAgain now that I think about it, it has been more like 2 months, but even so I tend to respond quickly to supplements. Usually, the way I've done it is I add on something, wait several days to feel what the effects are, and assess. The effects seem to plateau after that so that's how I've been able to assess them. For the pyrucet, the carb burn effect isn't really something you feel but rather something you observe. So although I might have felt a little warmer in the midsection (due to faster digestion of things like orange juice) the end result is that I feel hungrier and hypoglycemic much earlier than if I had not taken the pyrucet. It was shocking how much earlier it was at first but now I've gotten used to it. And you can tell the carbs were burned, because you feel no more bloating than without the pyrucet with the same amount of carbs.

@user1 Feel like my muscles are "poisoned" or "heavy," especially during the second set or compound lifts. Circadian rhythm delay. Extreme grogginess in the mornings. Milk being the only thing I changed that could have contributed to these

Zinc - lowered my Estradiol too much Androsterone - gave me limp d*ck. Too bad, because otherwise it would give me strong masculinizing effect - thicker beard, deeper voice, mental calm Word of caution - if you are not fat/overweight and are actually on the slim side, taking too much Estrogen lowering substance will backfire. These substances are useful for high aromatizers.

@NokiaDrift This only applies to 17-a alkylated steroids or 7-a alkylated steroids (or really any synthetic androgen that is created in such a way that there is steric hinderance to its metabolism). Oral androgens are not harmful in general. For example, in the 2000's there were many prohormones like 4-AD and 1-AD which were not methylated and were not liver toxic. Oral test itself is not liver toxic and has in fact been used in combination with thiamine to help heal the liver. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14139786/

@sunsunsun ah I forgot to mention, these 4 teaspoons provided 2 grams of thymoquinone -- I forgot to mention that that was the recommended amount to replicate the triple stack antibiotic (forgot if it was 3 antibiotics or 3x dose -- I think it was 3 types)

@serotoninskeptic, gotcha. I experienced the same thing when having too little, too much and the wrong type of protein (all but dairy) for my constitution. Most people I’ve communicated with regarding health fare best long-term getting ample protein, fat and carbs at every meal so I understand. I, myself, find mixed meals way more enjoyable, which I believe to be essential for healing. Every meal of mine must elicit a happy wiggle or it’s out. @CarbCarbCarbs said in Ultra Low fat Diet Logs <20g (mostly saturated): Libido is very high as well, I am also wondering about thag. When I did a low fat diet experiment, I happened to do some blood work during that time. I found that my free testosterone rose quite a bit. I never found out why. But maybe something similar is happening for you?
