@Dibodibo Things that I know work include androsterone combined either with pansterone or cortinon (I've had good experience with the 8:1 ratio), 11-keto DHT on the scrotum (I've heard that one drop every three days is effective). Since cypro lowers cortisol that may help, same with thyroid.

@LucH Thank you, your replies are always thorough and helpful. I like the double action approach. I have also heard good things about oregano oil, great idea to use it soft gel form to enter the lower intestines.

I had blocked ears and tinnitus from neck issues for a month or so, either a pinched nerve or tight muscles or blocked circulation. Neck stretches, exercises and massages helped, but I'm still looking for a permanent cure (I don't have the tinnitus anymore but other issues related to neck tightness). Bad posture immediately makes things worse for me.

for gut issues- -Really simply diet maybe. OJ and milk being the most simple -Pregnenolone in a decent dose, 300mg once a week or more. It's known to really help with the gut -regular gelatin use -antibiotics and the carrot salad

@bioenergetical Hi, Your level ferritin is weak but acceptable. Mind if you take aspirin, polyphenols, curcumin... Staples are needed. Get informed on what has impact on fluidity (platelet aggregation) if you don't want to have problem. Make a search with: blood fluidity and +platelet and your supplement. When putting the sign + before a word, the google answer must take it.

@DavidPS Thanks. This is one of my favorite Dinkov interviews, because I learned one critical thing here, which I never knew before: Why non-aged beef is much better: Glycogen is stored in muscle and liver, so if you are eating FRESH meat, you are eating a lot of stored glucose, 3:1 ratio of carbs to protein. In aged meat, bacteria consume the glycogen in the meat, so you are just getting protein, with no glycogen. In aged meat, the bacteria also produce a lot of lactic acid (D-lactate). Also, the increased turnover of the gram- bacteria produces a lot of endotoxin. Also, our bodies are made to use L-lactate, not the D-lactate in aged meat. https://veritaswellnessmember.com/podcast-content/youre-the-cure-july-24-2023 Minute 31

@waywardcloud Yes you're supplementing both but I would only worry if I take more than 3g of magnesium biglycinate.

@serotoninskeptic I had noticed the same thing when cycling t3 for weight loss, made it so any added benefit in metabolic rate was cancelled by the increased fat intake, I quit as t3 makes me anhedonic. I would assume the increased fat cravings is due to more efficient conversion of cholesterol to downstream hormones.

@VehmicJuryman Look up the TCM horary / circadian clock. Liver is active from 1am-3am. Ask what time you're waking up. I've been getting up at 4 or 5 and have had a cough since 'convid' a few months ago. 4-5 is lung activation period and also associated with death shock.
