The best thing I’ve yet to try for canker sores is propolis. I put it directly on the canker sore several times a day and it heals faster. If I catch it early and do this the sore heals before ever getting very bad.

@Pooooop I’ve been trying to solve this for about 1.5 years since I got CFS. But overall what seems to be the best help and reduces the foamy is b vitamins. I guess through the improved oxidation of glucose? I’m not sure but they reliably reduce that symptom for me

On the one hand I'm fobbing you off for comedy. It's late you know. On the other hand there's a guy in a film that appears to have been lobotomised by incomprehensible babble and aces everything thereafter.

Interestingly 2,6DHBA is a fecal metabolite in humans strongly influenced by diet . [image: 1742672185185-1000013680.png] Apparently different benzoic acids are contained in fruits and other foods. And they alle seem to have anti-cancer properties . I suspect they undergo strong metabolism by the liver and the microbiome. "Recent reports have demonstrated that the aspirin metabolites 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,3-DHBA), 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,5-DHBA) and the flavonoid metabolites 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid (2,4,6-THBA), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-DHBA) and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4,5-THBA) were effective in inhibiting cancer cell growth in vitro. Limited in vivo studies also provide evidence that some of these hydroxybenzoic acids (HBAs) inhibit tumor growth in animal models." " Interestingly, these HBAs are also abundantly present in fruits and vegetables. " https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/25/9/2243

@sushi_is_cringe True. I've read enough to see it's just hush hush govt work and yeah it makes sense they're doing it for economic reasons. Cloud seeding for more rainfall and whatnot. I detest it!

@Dibodibo Things that I know work include androsterone combined either with pansterone or cortinon (I've had good experience with the 8:1 ratio), 11-keto DHT on the scrotum (I've heard that one drop every three days is effective). Since cypro lowers cortisol that may help, same with thyroid.

@LucH Thank you, your replies are always thorough and helpful. I like the double action approach. I have also heard good things about oregano oil, great idea to use it soft gel form to enter the lower intestines.

I had blocked ears and tinnitus from neck issues for a month or so, either a pinched nerve or tight muscles or blocked circulation. Neck stretches, exercises and massages helped, but I'm still looking for a permanent cure (I don't have the tinnitus anymore but other issues related to neck tightness). Bad posture immediately makes things worse for me.

for gut issues- -Really simply diet maybe. OJ and milk being the most simple -Pregnenolone in a decent dose, 300mg once a week or more. It's known to really help with the gut -regular gelatin use -antibiotics and the carrot salad

@bioenergetical Hi, Your level ferritin is weak but acceptable. Mind if you take aspirin, polyphenols, curcumin... Staples are needed. Get informed on what has impact on fluidity (platelet aggregation) if you don't want to have problem. Make a search with: blood fluidity and +platelet and your supplement. When putting the sign + before a word, the google answer must take it.
