https://www.bioenergetic.life/clips/d9973?t=552&c=16 Ray was asked here to comment on increasing ceruloplasmin, and was it a goal to increase it. He replied it was not his goal. There is not a suggestion of what he thought it should be, other than some examples of too low or too high.

@yamnayan said in Sudden lactose intolerance, need help.: Could this be from a sudden increase in sugar? I did sugarmaxx like a retard. I have a feeling that I might have nuked my metabolism drinking a shit ton of diet coke before discovering peat. Replaced that with normal refined sugar and a coke here and there. Will look into that as well. yes, but you have to understand this point: Too much / too frequent of one thing is going to impact the kind of predominant bacteria. So, what was well balanced is going to change. excess refined sugar is going to deplete thiamin. Interaction between B1 B2 B3 and B8. Brown sugar cane is a misfit. Not really complete. Muscovado is better but the taste is different. I Have 3 kinds of sugar at home: => muscovado, coconut sugar, brown cane sugar. occasionally sugar beet (white sugar) for pastry / cakes, and pure Via (a mix with stevia and erythritol). Note that all polyols have a bad impact on microflora and help fermentation if repeated use. But this one is the least negative. if you eat manufactured food (not the whole element found in nature, completely processed), you eat on a devitalized way. Lacks are repeated. Note: Don't take a B50 supplement on a regular basis. Not the right posology: cancer growth stimulation). RDI or uptake above 90 mg B1 HCL. I take 100 mg B1. Need to be developed elsewhere. Diet coke contains edulcorates. Impact on the microbiota. Like every kind of drink with edulcorates. When taking repeatedly the same foodstuff, you must know / study the possible side effects. Suggestion: Use collagen powder for half of your protein if you have problem, if you can't manage with bone broth. Too often eggs could give an immune response. OK for 2 or 3 times 2 eggs. You could mix lentils or peas with rice to get a full spectrum of amino acids.

@secondkelping The same happened to me once. We had major projects going on at the job so i showed up tired and de-energized for work one day. Had a Coke and everything came to life quickly. Visual acuity and sharpness were the most noticeable improvements. I had two visitors that week who were present when it happened, trainers etc, and for the rest of the week they showed up with Cokes instead of coffee.

@BioEclectic said in Simple immune boosting "protocol" that works (in my experience): research the topic further. As for the original poster, it resembles the stack i've been doing for years. Not every day of course, but certain other minerals i do supplement nearly every day, like Magnesium for instance. Others to keep on your radar for part time use are Potassium Iodide (Lugol's) and Magnesium Chloride. Both have their own set of immune boosting benefits. Lugol's is one thing I got as I had planned to use it internally, but not after doing a deep dive into. The deep dive never came though as I kept putting it off as I had to deal with more immediate health crises. But I was glad I have a 7% Lugol's on hand, which I had to buy from Germany (brand Heilotropfen). I got a nasty cat bite on my ankle bone which was so hard to heal from. I chances upon a thread here about Lugol’s and wounds and scars. It proved to be the answer that pharma meds can't hold a candle against. And Lugols’ is not officially sanctioned by the gate holders in AMA. Has been around for 150 years and doing nothing but working effectively but perhaps too well and too cheaply our overlords made it inaccessible. I have to resume my deep dive on it starting with Walter Last articles on it and more into it from Guy Abraham's standpoint. And this is countercurrent from Peat's understanding of iodine. Magnesium chloride is cheap and for the novice, it could be seen as a daily magnesium supplement but he would becoming acidic from regular use. Therapeutically, it may be used I guess, but I rather stay away from it because it is a highly acidic load. The only I can think of using it is if my ecf was highly alkaline for some reason. Usually, I think it is due to excessive alkaline supplementation.

@Ecstatic_Hamster When i first found peat I was in a very low energy stressed state and needed upwards to 7 cups of coffee just to function properly. After increasing my metabolic rate I dont need nearly as much. Two espressos and a caffeinated cola is the perfect ammount for me.
