It's probably not legal. Otherwise someone would be selling it here, like haidut. It has to be heavily regulated that only Linde sells it under prescription.

I use an earlier model of the Carbohaler. It saved my life by providing exogenous CO2 when I was under great physiological stress that pretty much had me reverting to glycolytic metabolism and unable to produce much CO2, and I was unable to fight off what I believe to be a fungal parasitic infection that is generally misnomered as COVID.

@Lothric I've heard lisuride becoming less effective with prolonged use. I think it's better cycled every couple weeks.

I've done it once on a visit to Texas. It made me super relaxed. Staff said the room was set to 70 something for the temperature but I was so relaxed that one blanket wasn't enough to keep me warm. I figured the temp was way lower! Didn't notice any real changes but it was only one time.

I'm not sure where you live but where I live in the US most of the chocolate milk has carrageenan in it. I make my own with the below brand. It's pricey but has nothing weird in it.

10g niacinamide ph. eur. 1g zinc PCA ca. 85ml clean, filtered, distilled water as base
(you could also use rosewater but that might reduce its shelf-life idk; make sure to heat it up 80°C) add ingredients once its cooled down, whisk & store in 30ml bottles

I know of one person that it happens to, the smell concentrates in their armpits. Distinct but not obnoxiously so like the other body odor.

I recommended trying DIY baking soda wipes but it seems it's only a partial solution. This person's next solution will be to conclude their high dose protocol then experiment with lower doses including other B1 forms, possibly even low dose sublingual mononitrate.

Agree about the aluminum. But haidut uses LDPE bottles for idealabs, and has tested various products for leaching, including ones in DMSO, and there was none. And in general i thought it's among the safer types of plastic, no?

I used to favor jumbo eggs since double yolks were somewhat common and it was cost effective as a bonus.

Double yolks have become increasingly rare for me now so there goes that tactic.

if you expect to keep it a while then you can move it to an airtight glass container. But if you use it at a normal pace then i wouldn't concern myself with it too much.

I've never had the chance to use these gels, as my running days are behind me as I lost interest in it when I got convinced it's nor peaty and I never had a runner's high. Plus, I haven't needed external metabolism nor fasting to keep myself in a good build and in normal weight.

It would be good to know what's used in making the mixture gel, and whether it is beneficial or harmful to our well-being.
