I think FMT is a good option for gut treatment. It already has dozens of studies showing improvements of digestive diseases including Crohn’s. Here is one of them: https://microbiomejournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40168-020-0792-5

@Zeno My guess is it's suppressing estrogen, which can cause body hair. Not sure what's causing hair on head thinning. Have you tried the topical aspirin baking soda wash?

Peating has worked wonders for me in every advertised way. I have more energy and muscles, and less stress and fat. My very being was in a state of depressed solipsism, while I now enjoy the experience of life with an open and curios zest(Pun intended).

@Norwegian-Mugabe Can you explain? What do you base your assumptions/theses on? Where did you get the teleological assumption that an ecosystem has a purpose? (BTW Mine are based on the newest discoveries in evolutionary biology and neo-materialism theories...) Our bodily complex adaptive ecosystem is interrelated to the broader social/biological ecosystems... It's a fractal relationship. BTW you are probably talking about the continuity of a lineage - this is not in conflict with a conception of a body as an (embedded) ecosystem. The ecosystem aims to continue itself, while the body aims to continue through others. What about the strong anti-aging Transhumanist movement and Antinatalism then? BTW have you heard about ecosystemic fractal scaling and multi-level selection, do you?

@Sugar There are a lot of blind spots amongst the anti-aging guys and thiamine is one of them. I think not articulating their goal is another. I appreciate the bioenergetic approach because it is concerned with root causes as much as outcomes. The Longecity guys are ultimately more concerned with taking more antioxidants than anything else.

@NangaParbat also "Irradiation by ultraviolet, gamma, or x-rays, and even by blue light, is damaging to mitochondrial respiration. All of the ionizing radiations produce immediate and lingering edema, which continues to damage metabolism in a more or less permanent way, apart from any detectable mutagenic actions. The amount of water taken up following irradiation can be 20% to 30% of the normal weight, which is similar to the amount of swelling that intense work produces in a muscle, and to the weight increase under hormonal imbalances. The energy changes produced by irradiation in, for example, the heart, appear to accelerate the changes produced by aging. Since unsaturated fats accumulate in the respiratory system with aging, and are targets for radiation damage, the involvement of these fats in all sorts of antirespiratory degenerative processes deserves more attention. Darkness, like irradiation, excess lactate, and unsaturated fats, has the diabetes-like effect of greatly reducing the ability of muscle to absorb sugar, while light stimulates respiration" Altitude and mortality

Mt. Hagen Organic is alright. But yea instant coffee is certainly an acquired taste, or a survival mechanism if you're in such a low energy state that you can't actually make your own cup of the real stuff easily, and want to cheap out instead of paying a premium for a depressed barista. Mexican coke+bvit-maxxing has pretty much eliminated my cravings for instant coffee. 1 tbsp Mt Hagen+Great Lakes Collagen + Salted Organic grass-fed Butter + 1/8tsp creatine monohydrate + 1/32 tsp of non-lab cordyceps and some other mushrooms. Also a touch of the shilajit junk

@Ghost-Head Careful with high-dose D3, watch out for hypercalcemia. You should also take a good form of Magnesium when on D3.

@albion Honestly I haven’t found a solution that fixes it yet just ones that ameliorate the problem and it can get pretty bad on either or both sides. I was using it with niacinamide at the same time and that could be causing a similar problem - maybe it’s a methyl donor thing? No idea if I have that “gene” I’m not volunteering my bio data like that voluntarily.

i'd probably go with a diet like so: 1 oyster 2 eggs 4 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 lb ground beef 1 large potato 8 cups of orange juice this is all about 1600 calories and fulfills most of your vitamins/minerals. calcium is pretty easy to get from eggshells.
